The behaviors encouraged by the process and tech might cause sales people to be less coin operated.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are more and more fields and features to find and relearn when the process changes annually. There is little similarity between different organizations in the same industry vertical.

Standarding the B2B sales process across customers and geographies.

What do you like best about the product?
I think the in-built solutions that Salesforce has to improve sales and help sales team is one of the best things in Salesforce cloud. Be it forecasting/reporting/quoting, Salesforce has most the solutions already in there and there's only a little change required in these solutions to align it with our business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Error handling is something I think the service can improve on. There have been times where the error is so vague/no message that we'll have to contact Salesforce support and wait for their response, hence slowing down our work.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud provides in built solutions that satisfy most of our business needs. For example, having quotes and opportunities makes it so much easier to build a quoting tool on Salesforce since it doesn't have to be developed from scratch
Good tool with UX/UI gaps
What do you like best about the product?
Solid solution with planety of good features to help our sales team improve their results. Besides that, it gives a clear vision to the top management how their team is perfoming
What do you dislike about the product?
We are facing problems with the User experience and User Interface of it as we are using the standard version without customization. Compared to other solitions in the market, this is the weak spot of Sales

Efficiency of our Comercial team in 8% and improvement in our salea pefomance

Everything, it is a very robust system to use for Sales.

Customer centric business use cases which are not necessarily available out of the box.

CRM, mail racking, analytics and more.

It organizes our sales team around their pipeline. So we can follow up with customers at the right time with the right inf.

There really aren't big disappointments we currently have in our early adoption of it.

Being able to easily connect customer information with our Sales department.

We can create leads and convert them using multiple ways, like through the app, apex etc to fulfil our request

Just one little thing, it integrates great with salesforce mobile app.
For us we use Field Service mobile app for our truck drivers. When they need to provide quotes, they need to switch app so that makes it difficult to navigate

I think it works best for our development team specially the members who work with individual donors. I like how easy it is to use and easy to configure

As a non profit, we are not able to leverage all the features

It solves our need to store donor data, be able to act on it and to be able to protect it from users who should not have access to it
Rough start, good value in the end
What do you like best about the product?
Having a central contact that you can tie everything to is great. We can track our applicants from the first time they reach out to us until they become a student.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was difficult to get legacy data into our instance. There's really no way to work around the data architecture that exists within Salesforce so you have to conform your data to their structure which is a painful starting point.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We haven't had a crm in the past so it's a huge win to have that data now in such a user friendly ui. We haven't mastered the lead scoring yet, but we look forward to using it better for scoring applicants (or moving to education cloud and using what they have there)
