What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud provides a comprehensive 360° view of customers and deals by bringing together accounts, contacts, opportunities, activities, history, assets, and more. This means that all relevant contextual information is conveniently stored in a single location.
What do you dislike about the product?
The base license frequently lacks several advanced features, such as automation, AI, and forecasting. As a result, organizations are often compelled to purchase add-ons or upgrade to higher tiers to access these capabilities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customer data is fragmented and the systems are not well connected, which leads to a lot of manual work and repetitive tasks. This situation results in lower productivity overall.

Additionally, I value the platform's ease of use, real-time reporting, and the ability to effortlessly collaborate and report within our organization. The onboarding team made the platform setup very easy, enhancing my overall experience.
