What do you like best about the product?
I have used Sales Cloud experience during many project working for Accenture. Every time it was useful to meet the requirements of every client. I think the best are Marketing Sales Cloud functionalities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at the moment, even if my experience is continously improving and maybe something not good has been put in place. I would like to answer this question in 6-12 months.
Nothing is perfect by the way!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead Qualification:

A sales representative reviews the lead and qualifies it. It is discovered that the company is an SME and appears to be a potential customer interested in the software.

What do you like best about the product?
The applications have been designed to be customized and expanded according to the client's requests to best fit the various stages of sales.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some features have not been implemented one hundred percent. An example could be the report features that do not allow an administrator to change colors outside of the standard palettes or to massively verify which user has subscribed to which record.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned earlier, the functionalities within the reports and dashboards should be expanded and improved. New palettes, new subscription modes, and visibility for the administrator to have everything under control.

What do you like best about the product?
Integrating Sales applications, Sales automations
What do you dislike about the product?
Products are too expensive, security of data in cloud is the biggest concern.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is easy to see different Sales platforms in Salesforce as integration is lot smoother and easier to work with. Email tracking is another cool feature.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is the industry standard for CRM products, and their have been numerous iterations that have been released for industry specific applications. As this is the leading product in the space, robust documentation and expertise is available to guide users and teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
Aside from the lack of modern visual aesthetic, the product is expensive. There is no free lunch.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Lead Prospecting, Opportunity tracking, Campaign Management are the key uses for our team. It's critical to our business.

What do you like best about the product?
The campaign, lead, and account management tools provide all you need to effectively manage your accounts and contacts for enabling our sales team to maximize revenue. Sales Cloud is the leading platform of all the sales cycle and sales CRM software I have tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing is not competitive at all, customizing the software functions is an undertaking. If more low code and no code options were available it would be much more usable for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud solves the automation and management of our leads, contacts, prospects, and accounts and makes our sales team more productive. We have consistently sold more than the supply of our services and have plenty of demand to spare.
