What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its ability to provide a comprehensive 360-degree view of the customer. This feature, combined with real-time insights and analytics, greatly supports strategic decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration with legacy systems leaves room for improvement, and I also think the pricing could be more competitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps solve the challenge of fragmented customer information. It centralizes all data in one place, allowing a complete view of each customer’s journey. This benefits me by enabling more personalized interactions, improving response times, and ensuring a consistent and high-quality customer experience across every touchpoint.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us in our organization to organize leads, opportunities, and accounts, while automating tasks and providing visibility into the sales pipeline. This enables better forecasting and prioritization of the sales team’s efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce Sales Cloud is powerful, it can feel overly complex and rigid for fast-moving teams, customization often requires specialized knowledge, and the user experience isn’t always intuitive for non-technical users. Integrations can also become heavy, which impacts agility and time-to-value.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps centralize and structure our entire sales process from lead capture to deal closure. It solves visibility gaps across channels, reduces manual tracking, and improves collaboration between marketing and sales. For us, the main benefit is having a single source of truth for opportunities and lead qualification, which makes it easier to prioritize, measure conversion, and design automations that increase efficiency.

The possibility to have all The information about my customer in The same place.

I think The reports and dashboards could be better, without The need of crma.

Manage forecasting and getting previsibility of new converted opportunities.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease of setting up Salesforce Maps; it was straightforward for me. I find the integration with other systems beneficial, enhancing our operations. I appreciate the 'ping to drop' functionality which allows me to create cases directly from the map. The native connection to Salesforce is a significant advantage for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I will make it a better integration with other systems like GIS.

Salesforce Maps helps with integration to our systems, allowing seamless case creation from maps.
