It’s customizable to your business and extremely user friendly.

There is a learning curve for new users since it can do so much, but once they learn it’s very user friendly.

I like the perfect blend of out of the box productivity with the ability to add customized sales processes as needed.

Great for Leads, But Dislike Salescloud Core Dashboards

I really like the way the opportunities are organized and the clear path they provide.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not satisfied with the Salescloud Core Dashboards, as they do not meet my expectations. Additionally, I find the Salescloud Leads feature to be too basic for my needs.

The forecast view for Opportunities is helpful.
