What do you like best about the product?
I love the adaptability and user-friendly design of Salesforce Sales Cloud, especially how it simplifies navigating screens for reps to easily access agent details. The step-by-step setup instructions were straightforward and incredibly helpful. I also appreciate the seamless integration with external subsystems, like MuleSoft, which enhances our data management and allows sales reps to efficiently interact and verify user data.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am not entirely satisfied with the schema architecture in Salesforce Sales Cloud, particularly how it handles leads, prospects, opportunities, contacts, events, and task activities. This aspect could be improved for better functionality and efficiency.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I find the product streamlines data integration, making it easy to extend data from Salesforce to our data warehouse, and supports sales reps in verifying user data efficiently.
Great Opportunity Management, but Forecasting on Quotes Needs Improvement

The opportunity cycle and management are well handled, and I appreciate the overall seamlessness of the experience.

Forecasting isn't working on quotes. Please make this process simpler.

It makes the process seamless and significantly reduces the amount of documentation required. The reporting features are also quite good.
Robust and Customizable Platform, but Overwhelming Notifications

What stands out to me is the robustness of the platform and how easily it can be modified and expanded to address the specific requirements of our business and industry overall.
What do you dislike about the product?
The notifications from Chatter and the bell, as well as the related emails, are difficult to disable. This constant stream of alerts can be overwhelming and distracting for our sales team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We need to have a single system for the various sales and functional to use throughout the lengthy sales cycle.

I find Salesforce Sales Cloud incredibly easy to use and simple to set up, which was handled by my IT team with no issues. The AI features are very beneficial, as they enhance our interactions management. I also love the integration potential with platforms like HubSpot, ensuring everything is connected.

I dislike the outdated interface design and believe it could look a lot better.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to set up Salesforce Sales Cloud. It effectively manages our sales pipeline, tracks deal closures, and forecasts future revenue. The reporting activity tracking is incredibly useful for seeing our progress towards revenue goals in real-time and for weekly updates. Overall, the ease of use makes me consider purchasing it again.
