Able to collaborate data and we able to customise the view of data as per industry requirement. Have worked in customer service industry and also real estate collection was helpful in both companies

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce keeps everything in one place. It makes it much easier to track leads, deals, follow-ups, and overall pipeline without jumping between different tools. I also like the reporting and visibility it gives, especially when you need to see where things are moving and where they are getting stuck. When it is set up well, it is really helpful for staying organized.
What do you dislike about the product?
Somtimes it can feel heavy and more complicated than it needs to be. The UI is not always very intuitive, and simple things can sometimes take too many clicks. It also feels like a tool that works best only after a lot of setup, so if the implementation is not clean, the day-to-day experience can get frustrating fast.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales helps solve the problem of keeping sales work organized. Without a tool like this, it is easy to lose track of leads, follow-ups, deal stages, and customer history. It benefits me by giving one place to manage all of that, so it is easier to see what is moving, what needs attention, and where the pipeline stands. That saves time, improves visibility, and makes follow-ups and reporting much more manageable.

It’s not always very clear, and sometimes it feels a bit too complicated for me.

What do you dislike about the product?
While the potential is high, the primary challenge is the initial complexity of configuration. Setting up autonomous agents requires very high-quality, clean data in the Data Cloud to avoid 'hallucinations' or incorrect customer interactions. Additionally, the transition from manual workflows to autonomous ones requires significant oversight and testing to ensure the AI aligns perfectly with specific brand voices, which can be time-consuming for smaller teams.

The platform combines a social community centered around their workplace software that allows you connect with other users, take courses on how best to use the software, and the UI is pretty straightforward

The platform has so many different applications and navigating where you need to go can sometimes be tedious

Salesforce allows us to use the data obtained from corporate to best identify and manage the needs of our guests which allows us to plan ahead for guest with high status and also see how well we are performing by scraping review sites for feedback from our guests

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Agentforce Sales is easy to access. Once you commit to using it, you find a very natural way to verify where everything is. You can check all the information regarding a contact in just one place, which is super helpful. It ties everything together and even integrates with other platforms like Stripe and NetSuite, making it feel like a necessity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think sometimes we could enable buttons if we don't have the things that aren't mentioned. For example, if there is not any contract on this particular customer, maybe just, unactive the access to it, like, the button, where it should be the DocuSign. Just so you can save a few steps. But besides that, I don't think there's anything else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Agentforce Sales lets me access all customer agreements, contracts, and communications in one place, making verification easy. It integrates with tools like Stripe and MSuite, becoming a necessity in my workflow.

What I love most is that it actually gives me time back to sell. It handles the boring stuff—like logging activities and drafting follow-up emails—so I’m not stuck doing data entry for hours.
What do you dislike about the product?
The learning curve is definitely steep. It’s not something you just turn on and master in an afternoon. You really need to invest time-and maybe even some dedicated training—to actually get the most out of the advanced AI features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before this, I felt more like a data entry clerk than a salesperson. Agentforce handles the tedious admin—like summarizing my calls and updating the CRM—so I can actually spend my time talking to customers and closing deals. It’s easily saved me hours every week.
