What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how Salesforce Sales Cloud significantly speeds up my work, especially in generating tasks efficiently. I find the case management features very useful and the overall setup was pretty easy. It's been a valuable tool for my marketing tasks.

I like how you can customize anything and everything to make a product that aligns with what the business needs

Sometimes the complexity and possibilities are overwhelming.

We use salesforce at the center of our entire org. All of our users use salesforce. From our call center, to programs, to donations, Sales cloud solves the problem of visibility and transparency and record keeping and communication

What do you like best about the product?
How to streamlines the process of onboarding new leads and converting to account, contact and opportunity, I have customised it to create other 5 imp objects and lots of customisations.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the product and the level of customisation, there can be more detailed explanation on how can we use omni channel to route leads and related records for further onboarding.

Making life easier with easy onboarding and needs less customisation.
