What do you like best about the product?
It’s highly customizable and works well for building tailored sales processes. Reports and dashboards give clear visibility into team performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be complex to set up and maintain. Some features are locked behind higher editions, and deployments still take extra care.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps centralize all customer and sales data in one place, so nothing gets lost between teams. Automations handle repetitive tasks, saving time and reducing errors. It also gives clear visibility into leads, opportunities, and revenue, which makes planning and decision-making much easier.

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the simplicity and attractiveness of Salesforce Sales Cloud's interface, which significantly enhances usability. The support from the Salesforce team is commendable, providing necessary guidance when needed. The opportunity creation and financial management features are incredibly useful, making project tracking and financial planning effortless.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the initial setup of Salesforce Sales Cloud quite challenging due to being a new user unfamiliar with the interface. The initial learning curve was steep, making it difficult at first to get acquainted with the product. Even though I watched YouTube videos to help with the setup, they didn't provide the assistance I needed. It was through navigating the system myself and seeking support from Salesforce that I eventually got comfortable with it. Additionally, it would be beneficial for new users if there were more accessible tutorial videos or resources to ease the onboarding process into Salesforce Sales Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud simplifies financial planning and project management, making it easier to track accounts, opportunities, and revenue across various projects within my portfolio.

What do you like best about the product?
As an account manager, what I value most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it centralizes all client and sales information in one platform. The ability to track the entire customer journey, from initial lead to closed deal, helps me maintain stronger relationships and provide more personalized service. The customizable dashboards and reporting tools also give me real-time insights into pipeline health, account activity, and opportunities, which makes it easier to prioritize my outreach and collaborate with sales and marketing teams effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce Sales Cloud is powerful, the platform can feel overwhelming at times due to its complexity. Some features require extra training or customization to fully leverage, which can slow down adoption for new team members. Additionally, the amount of data input needed to keep records fully updated can be time-consuming if processes aren’t automated. That said, once the system is configured properly, the long-term benefits outweigh these initial challenges.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is helping solve the challenge of managing multiple client relationships and opportunities across different stages of the pipeline. By consolidating account details, communication history, and deal progress into one platform, it eliminates the need to jump between spreadsheets or separate systems. This not only saves time but also ensures that nothing falls through the cracks. The automation of tasks, reminders, and follow-ups helps me stay proactive with clients, while the reporting features provide visibility that supports more strategic decision-making. Overall, it allows me to focus less on administrative work and more on building stronger client partnerships and driving revenue growth.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that you can link your emails from a different platform onto your Salesforce account. It keeps conversations and documents organized and easily accessible.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes using the Salesforce Sales Cloud will not download and link all documents properly, especially if it is not the first correspondence or attachments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The ability to be able to keep everything all organized in one place is very beneficial. I can easily access emails, spreadsheets, quotes, etc. Being organized increases productivity, speed, and output.

What do you like best about the product?
I love how Salesforce Sales Cloud offers seamless integration with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, allowing me to easily sync contacts and leads and create effective outbound campaigns. It’s incredibly beneficial for engagement, prospecting, and generating new business opportunities. Additionally, the scalability into other Salesforce clouds, such as OMS and Service Cloud, is instrumental in maintaining communication between systems and fostering new opportunities within the organization.
What do you dislike about the product?
I experienced a steep learning curve when first setting up Salesforce Sales Cloud, making it difficult to manage initially. Additionally, the interface is not very intuitive for new users, and the navigation feels cluttered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to manage contacts, accounts, email campaigns, and new business opportunities. It integrates with Salesforce Marketing Cloud for seamless email communication and campaign management, enabling easy prospecting and engagement.
