The price to small companies is really high to compete with another companies

Easy to Use and Customizable Pipeline in Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate being able to view the pipeline, customize the representative view, and enjoy the overall ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment, I have no concerns or issues to mention. I am satisfied with everything in Sales Cloud.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We transitioned from a proprietary CRM, which caused us significant challenges with data visibility and maintaining clean records. It was difficult to get a clear picture of our pipeline and to understand what our team was excelling at.
Great Customization and Automation, but Pricey for Small Businesses

The platform offers a wide range of customization and automation options. I also find its lead and opportunity management features to be quite effective.

Bit expensive for small businesses, and steep learning curve

Easy Setup and Defaults, but Lacking In-House Apps for Advanced Needs

The implementation process is easy, and there are default options available for everything you might need.
What do you dislike about the product?
For advanced features and internal use, I would like to have in-house apps that are used daily by sales representatives, such as an app for booking calls.

All sales representatives using the app can view the entire sales funnel in one place.
