What do you like best about the product?
That integrates with so many systems and makes it helpful to manage the workload across different department not just salesforce.
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s own strength that it has so many features. It can be complicated to get users using the correct features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud along with data cloud is giving us the foundation to start creating a single customer view

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the ease of setting up Salesforce Sales Cloud, making it simple to follow recommendations. The integrated customer 360 view is incredibly useful, alongside lead conversion and standard out-of-the-box features which enhance efficiency in sales tasks. Overall, the Sales Cloud offers a comprehensive system that is effective for client activities.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it gives a complete view of every customer and deal in one place. It makes tracking leads, managing pipelines, and forecasting so much easier — everything flows smoothly from first contact to close. The automation and insights really help the team focus on selling, not admin.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it can feel overly complex and requires a lot of setup and maintenance to get the most out of it. Customising dashboards, automations, or reports often needs admin support, and the interface can be a bit clunky for new users. Once it’s configured, though, it’s powerful — just not plug-and-play.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us manage leads, opportunities, and customer relationships all in one place. It’s solving problems around data visibility and manual tracking — everything’s automated and centralised. As a result, we can forecast more accurately, collaborate better, and close deals faster.

A complex governance model will be ignored. Keep policies clear, communicate them often, and ensure they support, not hinder, the sales process

What do you like best about the product?
This is the core cloud platform we rely on, and it's impressive how much it has evolved in terms of customization over the years.
What do you dislike about the product?
I find the process of setting up territories and forecasting to be overly complicated, which I don't appreciate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is important for us to reach out to both our existing and potential corporate customers, as well as travel agencies. Additionally, there are times when we need to bring these groups together.

What do you like best about the product?
What I love most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how seamlessly it brings the entire sales process into one place. From lead generation and opportunity management to forecasting and reporting, everything is streamlined. The platform is highly customizable, allowing businesses to adapt it to their unique sales cycles without needing to rebuild workflows from scratch. Real-time dashboards and reports give sales leaders clear visibility into pipeline health and team performance. It also integrates effortlessly with other Salesforce Clouds and third-party tools, which makes collaboration and automation incredibly powerful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to dislike, but sometimes the platform’s flexibility can be a double-edged sword. With so many powerful features, it can take a little time to set up everything exactly how you want. A few more out-of-the-box templates or guided setup flows would make the onboarding experience even smoother for new users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is making lead conversion so much smoother. Instead of manually tracking leads and deals, it gives me a clear and automated process to qualify, convert, and manage opportunities in one place. I can easily see where each lead is in the journey, set follow-up reminders, and automate key steps so nothing slips through the cracks. This has helped increase conversion rates, shorten sales cycles, and keep the pipeline clean and accurate.
