What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud offers powerful CRM capabilities that centralize customer information and streamline sales processes. The customizable dashboards and reporting tools provide excellent visibility into pipeline performance and forecasting. Its automation features—like workflows, lead assignment, and email templates—save time and improve team efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud:
While Salesforce Sales Cloud is powerful, it can feel overly complex for new users. The interface has a steep learning curve, and customization often requires admin or developer support. Pricing can also become expensive as you add features or need more advanced integrations.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us manage our entire sales pipeline efficiently—from lead generation to deal closure. It centralizes all customer data in one place, making it easy to track interactions, automate follow-ups, and forecast revenue accurately. The reporting and dashboard features give our sales team real-time visibility into performance and help management make data-driven decisions. Overall, it has improved our team’s productivity and customer relationship management.

Great Automation with Flows, But Lacks Slack and Teams Integration

What do you like best about the product?
The automation. I can use Flows to compete projects that I used to need a developer for.

It doesn’t integrate with Slack or Teams yet

Sales cloud allows us to manage our sales teams, and our marketing efforts in one easy to use solution

What do you like best about the product?
It’s very easy to move lead to qoute and makes business to move fast with firecast
What do you dislike about the product?
It’s very expensive and campaigns influence for opportunities measurements are not great

Organizing notes every easily and reporting on notes for each opportunity and more productivity

Salesforce Sales cloud is the best software for any commercial teams, it’s flexible and can be easily changed to accommodate most necessities.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it’s hard to fulfill some requirements without code, like custom account teams.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All my company’s processes are inside Salesforce, without it would be a mess.
