Setup list views are still having to be scrolled a lot.

Very flexible, flow is a mature product now and allows for true low code solutioning

Load times are still a little slow compared to Classic, mobile app support still a little clunky feeling

Convenient Plug-and-Play Solution!

What do you like best about the product?
What I appreciate most about self cloud is how it allows us to standardize our processes. Not only does it help us create consistency, but it also reduces the amount of work required to set everything up. We can simply plug and play our business processes, and if we need to customize anything, we can easily make adjustments to fit our specific requirements. Overall, I found it to be a very convenient plug-and-play solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only limitation I have encountered is the licensing cost. My team consists of about 5 to 10 people, and the licensing fees are quite high. I do understand that the quality of service provided justifies the price to some extent, so it’s more of a consideration than a true downside. Still, the cost is the main factor that prevents me from getting more deeply involved with this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It’s not just about streamlining the process of a selling; it also helps me implement my business logic quickly and conveniently. The development experience is impressive, and although sometimes the implementation can be quite complex.

Its latest enhancements, especially in AI and mobile, drive productivity and more informed selling. However, organizations should plan for configuration complexity and budget for additional costs when scaling usage

Some users find the platform configuration complex, especially for advanced customizations, which can require dedicated admin or implementation support
