Great Cross-Cloud Functionality, but Layout and Setup Need Improvement
What do you like best about the product?
I love the functionality across clouds and the opportunity for end to end management of leads and accounts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that the default layout could be more user friendly and setting up fields could be .ade much easier.

Converting leads to accounts and account management

What do you like best about the product?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud easy to use, which was important when moving from Excel to manage opportunities effectively. I appreciate the integration of the Chatter feature for logging notes during meetings and calls. Additionally, the activities feature is incredibly helpful for scheduling customer follow-ups. I value the scalability, as it allows starting small and growing with the sales cloud.

I use Salesforce Sales Cloud for efficient pipeline management, transitioning from Excel to track and note opportunities, schedule follow-ups, and support business growth.

What do you like best about the product?
I find Salesforce Sales Cloud immensely valuable in solving and automating our business processes and application processes. The integration with various products, such as Adobe Sign for signing agreements and Stripe for generating invoices, significantly enhances our efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
I found the user training aspect of Salesforce Sales Cloud lacking. Additionally, I feel that the pricing could be more competitive.

I find Salesforce Sales Cloud very easy to set up, thanks to having a knowledgeable Salesforce expert. The platform solves inventory problems and keeps my team informed about inventory and quotas, which is crucial for our operations. I appreciate the wide range of features and apps that aid our daily processes. The ease of use is remarkable, and I find it a crucial factor for considering future purchases. Additionally, I integrated Jira successfully, which supports our help desk and networking needs.

I find it challenging to onboard my employees in Salesforce Sales Cloud as the process could be simpler.

It has been my CRM of choice across my career because, when out of the box, it is simple. All accessibility to app exchange has been great

The ability to seamlessly connect our customers with our sales team in order to get them information that they need right away. The confirmation provides a sense of comfort, knowing that it’s been done the right way.

Definitely a learning curve if you aren’t familiar with crm.
