The platform can feel overly complex at times, with too many features and settings that require constant configuration and maintenance.

Salesforce Sales Cloud centralizes all customer and deal information, streamlines pipeline management, and automates repetitive tasks — helping our team stay organized, collaborate better, and close deals faster.

I believe both the administrative side and user side provides the best interface and most flexibility in customization for our organizations use cases.

Reporting on activities with task and events differences has always been cumbersome. Lead reporting and campaigns influences are difficult as well.
