What do you like best about the product?
It has significantly reduced the amount of time I spend in the sales pipeline, thanks to its dedicated organizational features for recording information.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that there are too many features, and it feels like you have to learn something new every day.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This tool has helped me organize the accounts I need to follow up on and open for clients. It also allows me to keep a record of all activities related to each account.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Salesforce Sales Cloud allows all the customers, content, and data to be in one place. The initial setup was very easy, which made getting started a breeze.

What do you like best about the product?
What immediately impressed me was how user-friendly the interface is despite its robust capabilities. Our team was up and running quickly, and the learning curve was surprisingly gentle. The dashboard gives us instant visibility into our pipeline, and customizing views to show exactly what each team member needs is straightforward.
What do you dislike about the product?
While powerful, it can be overwhelming. I have some simpler needs and I won't use all the features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company is growing, and we need a CRM that will scale with us. Salesforce Sales Cloud has increased our team's productivity, improved our close rates, and given leadership unprecedented visibility into our sales operations.

What do you like best about the product?
Everything you need is available in one place, which makes things so much easier. The integrations that SFDC offers are truly impressive. Thanks to this, we've gained significant visibility and can now manage a unified process from leads, through opportunities, all the way to closing deals.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not many things to dislike and i have not found anything that has been a bother.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I appreciate how easy it is to manage deals and allocate accounts. I also like that I can create my own opportunity and deal reports, which really helps me improve my forecasting.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like how customizable it is. You can tailor almost everything workflows, fields, reports, and dashboards to match your business process. The automation tools like Flows and Process Builder save a lot of time, and the real-time insights through reports help in better decision-making.
What do you dislike about the product?
The setup can be a bit overwhelming at first because of the number of features. It takes time to fully understand and configure everything properly, especially for beginners. But once you get used to it, it becomes very powerful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps me manage the entire sales cycle efficiently — from capturing leads to closing deals. It centralizes all customer information, so there’s no need to track things manually or across different tools. With automation and real-time dashboards, it’s easier to monitor performance, follow up with leads on time, and forecast revenue accurately. Overall, it’s helped improve productivity, collaboration, and decision-making across the sales team.

What do you like best about the product?
Every team member is able to access important information at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Oh, this is a tough one. I can't really think of anything specific at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a remote employee, my working hours often don't align with those of my team. Whenever I need information or resources related to any of our clients, I don't have to rely on my teammates or wait for their availability. Thanks to SalesForce, everything I need is easily accessible.

What do you like best about the product?
Very detailed and trust worthy. It has a lot of information, can capture files and other documents related to the opportunity.
What do you dislike about the product?
Too much laggy and slow. Maybe due to lot of information it becomes slow at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps me capturing Account details, build pipelines, capture next steps, add reminders and a lot.

There are different ways to locate a customers account and doesnt take a long time to find an account
What do you dislike about the product?
It brings a lot of accounts when searching for a specific one and all other people related to the account.

Creating tasks to different work áreas that help customer get their problems solved even if they don't reach their right department.
