Powerful Customization and Integration, but Complex and Costly
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud brings structure and visibility to our entire commercial operation at isaac. It allows us to manage a complex B2B funnel end-to-end — from prospecting to post-sale — while keeping data centralized and reliable. The high level of customization, automation capabilities, and reporting flexibility are major advantages. We can tailor objects, processes, and dashboards to match our internal workflows and connect seamlessly with other tools such as Marketing Cloud, BigQuery, and Metabase. This integration makes it much easier to monitor sales performance and align our teams on clear, data-driven decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform’s biggest challenge is its complexity. Even small configuration changes often require technical expertise, which can slow down improvements and increase dependency on specialized support. The user interface could also be more intuitive for non-technical users, especially when navigating long opportunity flows or updating multiple records. In addition, the cost of certain add-ons and integrations can be high, which may limit how fast teams can scale their use of the platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps isaac centralize and structure all sales data, eliminating information silos between teams. Before using it, we faced challenges with scattered lead tracking, manual updates, and limited visibility into conversion performance. Now, the platform allows us to manage the entire sales funnel — from lead origination to contract signature — with clear accountability at each stage.
The ability to integrate with tools like Marketing Cloud and BigQuery has been key to improving forecasting accuracy and measuring CAC/GTV efficiency. Overall, it provides a reliable single source of truth for commercial planning and performance management.

Continues improvement from salesforce to outreach the customers. How easy and effective to build and use the application

Lately we are seeing issues with salesforce on the documentation as they are improving the platform. So documentation become outdated

Anything that contributes to speeding up sales, particularly when it comes to supporting the agent team, is valuable.

There isn't much to say, but I do think it could benefit from more tracking features and better summaries.

Reliable CRM with Strong Sales Management Capabilities
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how it brings all my customer and sales data into one place. Tracking leads, opportunities, and activities feels straightforward, and having dashboards and reports ready whenever I need them makes day-to-day decisions much easier. I also appreciate how customizable it is—almost every part of the process can be tailored to match how our team actually works.
What do you dislike about the product?
The biggest downside is that it can feel overwhelming at times. There are a lot of features, and getting everything set up the right way usually needs admin support. If things aren’t governed well, the system can get cluttered pretty fast. Licensing and add-ons can also add up quickly, which is something smaller teams might struggle with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps us keep sales data clean, organized, and accessible. We no longer chase spreadsheets or rely on manual updates. Automated workflows save a lot of time, and the visibility into the pipeline has definitely improved our forecasting. Overall, it keeps everyone on the same page and gives the team more time to actually focus on selling instead of admin work.

Having real-time visibility into the pipeline makes it much easier to track progress and manage opportunities. With all customer data centralized in one location, it streamlines access and ensures everyone is working with the same information. The ability to collaborate across the organization also contributes to improved sales outcomes.

Navigating the platform can be confusing, as there are several different ways to interact with opportunities. This makes it challenging for sales team members to learn and adapt to the system.

Given the lengthy sales cycles typical in the med tech industry, especially during a year with numerous new product launches, this tool is delivering essential insights. These insights are helping to shape our strategy and ensure that business performance aligns with our targets.

I have used it in almost all clouds and it is easily configurable and easy to learn for users

I like the flexibility I have to create sales process and workflows. The customer journey is also very easy and makes it easy for my reps to follow.

The development of things can sometimes take long.
