This is an AI-powered sales operating system designed to bring together data, people, and intelligence, helping to drive more predictable growth.
What do you dislike about the product?
A number of items exist for sales cloud. For larger companies. High cost and unpredictable add-on pricing. Historically underwhelming AI (now improving with redefined Agentforce). Cluttered user interface and setup burden
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This unified customer platform works seamlessly across various lines of business, ensuring that users have access to the right information at the right moment. It provides a comprehensive 360-degree perspective, which greatly enhances the overall user experience. However, it is hard to determine what is the right info for the right team.

Great for Engagement and Productivity, but Pricey and Complex to Customize

Better engagement for customers and users. Productivity enhancement to generate the leads and opportunities

Recommendations can be better and high const for licensing. Steep learning curve for users and complexity of customization

Intuitive Low-Code Platform, but Needs Better Permission Set Visibility

I enjoy the low code and intuitiveness of sales cloud, easily enabling us to refine our pipeline.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the better visibility of precision sets and field security would be helpful, since we manage all our field permissions through permission sets

It keeps all our salesperformance and revenue data in one place
