I love how it helps to track leads, opportunities and customer interactions all in one place. The automation features, reports, and dashboards helps sales processes provide better insights for decision making. I helps manage everything at same platform and allows easy integration with other applications.

Some features can be a bit complex for new users, and it can take time to learn how everything works. And also some features needs extra licenses that increase the cost.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is easy to use & helps me keep everything in one place, Leads, Opportunities, Follow-ups, and even past conversations. and It's easy to use, Where each deal is in the pipline and set reminders so nothing slips through the cracks. and the dashboard make it simple to track progress without spending hours building reports. I use it every day to track Leads and Update deals.

In my experience, I haven't found anything dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before this, i relay on the spreadsheets and emails to keep track and anything related to Sales. But after using Sales Cloud, I can manage everything in single platform and everything is very easy to manage.
