What do you like best about the product?
There is very rare downtime. Accessible from anywhere with internet. Ideal for remote teams and growing businesses.
What do you dislike about the product?
Salesforce gets expensive as you scale.Add-ons like Marketing Cloud, CPQ, or extra users increase the cost quickly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problem: Sales reps waste time switching between tools and spreadsheets to find customer info.
Sales Cloud Fix: Centralizes all customer interactions, account history, and contact details in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce very helpful tool to use. It is one of the best CRM to be used, user friendly. Integration with other tools are easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Should have more training documents. UI should be more user friendly.

Customer engagement, Generate reports.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales cloud has a good capabilities and flexibilities that makes it a powerfll tool to manage end to end sales operations. there is one thing which i like most about sales cloud that it has ahigh level of customization where you can adjust objects, fields, page layouts etc. It has a intuitive dashboard which is easy to use. Also Customer support is good.
What do you dislike about the product?
Overall Sales cloud is performing fine but the few things that i dislike about it is that it's set up and configuration process can be a bit time consuming.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales cloud is helping us in many ways to managing our sales operations. It is solving the problem of disconnected and inefficient sales process by giving a centralisez platform which is helping in managing leads,accounts, opportunities etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it is a great tool for sales professionals as it autoamtes their sales processes and improves their sales performance. The community support is highly appreciable.
What do you dislike about the product?
The thing which I dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its steep learning curve. It is also very costly for small entreprises to utilize and implement this CRM tool for their sales businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is benefetting a lot to our customer. It automates the sales tasks and improves sales forecasting for the business.

What do you like best about the product?
The reason I like to work with Salesforce is how easy and user-friendly it is, as well as the customization options, productivity apps, and makes communication with teams easy. Ideal not only for sales but for customer services, marketing, and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasional lag on performance was an issue, being a cloud-based CRM, and the constant updates can be overwhelming due to the learning curve extending to each update.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The need to use multiple software is eliminated, bringing several tools needed into one, which helps better computer/laptop performance and less data usage.

What do you like best about the product?
The 360 degree customer view and automation of Salesforce Sales Cloud . With reports, dashboards, Opportunity and Lead Management, and tools like Flow and AppExchange integrations, it streamlines sales tracking and facilitates teamwork. It facilitates quicker, more intelligent decision-making and increases productivity.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven’t encountered any major glitches or drawbacks while working on real time projects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
alesforce Sales Cloud helps solve the challenge of managing both B2B and B2C relationships. With Person Accounts, it becomes easier to track individual customers who act as both the contact and the account, which is especially useful in industries like education, healthcare, and financial services. This has benefited me by simplifying data structure, reducing duplication, and enabling more personalized

What do you like best about the product?
It organizes everything in a way that makes finding your desired items easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing really comes to mind since this is more of a "hands on" build-your-own platform. But there are cases where there are more tabs required than needed, but may just be an inner issue.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The organization & having everything laid out for you. It's constantly improving & gets better day by day.
