Salesforce cloud, a robust tool of great help for commercial management
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Sales Cloud is its flexibility, customization, real-time reporting, task automation, and its implementation is easily integrated with other daily work tools.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I don't like about it is that for some advanced configurations you must receive technical support.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The platform is complex, with many features and options that can be overwhelming at first, signs with guides can be very useful.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing I like about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it keeps everything in one place, from leads to deals. Its super easy to track customer information and how automated the follow ups are and the way we get real time updates. The dashboard shows us whats working and what needs to given attention.
What do you dislike about the product?
Something that i dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud is that it sometimes can feel overwhelming as there are so many features and a slight learning curve. Some simple tasks can take more number of clicks as expected. Making reports gets little difficult at times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps solve the problem of scattered customer data and also tracking sale cycle. It keeps leads, contacts, deals and follow ups everything in one place. This makes you stay on top of tasks, close deals faster and gives insights that helps improve the sales process.

I use it to automate our firm’s tasks which can be automated. It has helped save a ton of resources and time

It can be tricky to use. We had to employ a full time expert on salesforce.

Moreover, the success of the platform heavily depends on working with a skilled implementation partner who truly understands your business needs. Without proper setup and user training, the system can become overwhelming, leading to low adoption and underutilization of its core features. It’s not a plug-and-play solution—careful planning and ongoing support are essential to get the full value.
