Great Customization and Reporting Features
What do you like best about the product?
Reports and dashboards, lot of customization
What do you dislike about the product?
I don’t like when you chatter a group( making a chatter group) they don’t get any notification
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
All the time we require high intense reports and this is a great platform for it

It's easy to connect the components, which helps deliver value to users.

It is difficult to use the out-of-the-box features in a way that matches our business processes.

Centralized queue management systems are effective for integrating various rqi tools, allowing for smoother coordination and improved workflow.

I appreciate the ease of use of the tool which is very user-friendly and simple to configure. The improvement in tracking our business opportunities has significantly increased customer satisfaction. The ability to share information between different sales teams is a great advantage for us.

The price is much too expensive.

I found the initial setup process of Salesforce Sales Cloud difficult. The lack of knowledge from the vendor made the start a challenge and I had to seek help directly. I wish there was more support or assistance from the vendor.

What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it brings everything sales-related into one place. From tracking leads and opportunities to managing pipelines and forecasting, it keeps the entire sales process organized and transparent.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce Sales Cloud is a powerful platform, it can feel a bit overwhelming at first. There are so many features and customization options that it takes time to learn and set up everything properly. Some tasks require extra clicks or admin support, which can slow things down initially.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us track and manage client leads from first contact through case onboarding. Before, we relied on spreadsheets and email threads, which made it easy for potential clients to slip through the cracks.
