Its easy way to use it , and also his number of features available that give us a strong confidence to follow our commissioning activities on field

Sometimes doesn't know how to link our answers from our checklist app to fulfill the fields at salesforce

It is very useful to link our work order on field with the commissioning app and the Non Conformities platform

While it's highly customizable, setting it up and managing configurations often requires admin support or technical expertise, especially for small or non-technical teams. Additionally, the interface can feel cluttered at times, and navigating between modules isn’t always intuitive. Licensing and add-on costs can also escalate quickly as your team scales or requires more advanced features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud primarily for managing customer communications through chat and email, assigning tasks across different teams, and streamlining collaboration. I also contributed to the implementation process during the transition from Zendesk to Salesforce, helping with setup, data migration, and adapting workflows to the new system.

Some time the server gets slow which interrupsts in the workflow.

Integarted platform provide calling and email feature in a single platform and user frinedly easy to access.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce has a pretty robust system and there are so many options for customization according to your need. It can be as complex as you want and as easy as you need.CUstomer support is also fairly good, they contact you via mail and get on call with you to understand the issue fully.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ohhh salesforce and it's UI, the worst of all and it also takes so much time to reflect those changes, andsometimes even hard refresh doesn't work, you just have to log out and then log in again

Actually salesforce provides fairly large solution for all the different platforms through all of it's clouds. Like Non-profit, education, health etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce map is very handy and easy to setup. It provides many features unlike any custom library which can be used in Salesforce.

Sometimes it take time to load data, apart from that it is good.

I've used salesforce map with data cloud. The location shown on it is very precise.

One of the best thing about it is the widest integrations, helping with right analytics, it’s scalability is unmatched

The only con that bothers anyone is it’s cost but can’t complain

What I liked the most is the robust feature set and the high level of customisation. It's a very powerful tool that can be tailored to fit almost any sales workflow. The ability to integrate it with other applications is also a big plus, which really helps our team operate more efficiently.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main drawback is the learning curve. Because there are so many features, it can be a bit overwhelming for new users and it takes time to get everyone up to speed. I. also find the pricing to be a little on the higher side, which might be a barrier for some companies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If my manager wants to see the status of all our deals for the upcoming holiday season, they don't have to ask me for a report. They can just pull up a dashboard in salesforce that gives them a real-time, accurate picture of our entire sales pipeline. This helps them identify which brands are performing well and where we might need to focus more effort.
