What do you like best about the product?
It is the most comprehensive solution in the market
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing at all! This is the best CRM out there

This allows for greater insights into sales for leadership, forecasting, managing deal cycles, creating proposals, and managing attainment

What do you like best about the product?
I like how Salesforce Sales Cloud helps keep everything organized in one place. It makes it easy to track leads, manage customer relationships, and see how the sales team is doing. It just makes the whole sales process smoother and more efficient
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit complicated to use, especially at first. There are so many features that it can be a little overwhelming

Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us keep track of all our leads and follow ups in one place. It makes it easier for me to see what my team is working on and where we can improve. It also helps us stay organized and respond to leads faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I like low code automation where only drag and drops and on clicks are more advantage .
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the user interface can feel cluttered, especially for new users. Also, customizing complex business processes often requires developer support instead of being fully low-code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions all in one place, making our sales process more organized. It saves time, improves team collaboration, and helps us close deals faster with better visibility.

What do you like best about the product?
It’s great for keeping everything in one place—opportunities, contacts, tasks, notes, all of it. The customization options are solid, and IF it’s set up the right way, it gives you a really clean view of your pipeline and where deals stand. The integrations with other tools (like Gmail, Slack, and Gainsight) are super helpful too, especially for staying on top of follow-ups without bouncing around between platforms.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a lot, it's huge. It takes a team to admin especially in a large org like ours where we have a massive team, different types of sales reps, and constant acquisitions – leaving a tremendous amount of repetitive data, or lack of adoption completely.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our main CRM, it keeps everything under one roof and integrates with everything.
