Solid CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce scales really well. As our team grew, we could build more tailored workflows, dashboards, and reports without switching systems. It also integrates with most of the tools we already use
What do you dislike about the product?
Licensing cost.As our team grew and we needed more features, we realized a lot of the tools we thought were included actually came with extra costs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps us keep all of our sales activities in one place. efore, we were juggling spreadsheets and emails, and things would easily fall through the cracks. Now, we have a better handle on our pipeline
A good all rounder
What do you like best about the product?
That it pulls together everything in one place, making it easy to track and make it visable to the team what I am wokring on and vice versa

It can be quite customisable and maybe quite overwhelming with the features made available
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Many different business units, some with comparable services, chasing the same deals and essentailly competing with ourselves.

Super customisable and holds all the information needed for a sales team - a hub for all factual information
What do you dislike about the product?
Not an easy platform to navigate & takes time. Not much external support, so optimising our setup takes a lot of effort & time.

Lead and opportunity management - single source of truth for all sales activity

What do you like best about the product?
It's features are really awesome, we can integrate with other software and make the things easy to do, best for doing sales for the business running it helps to manage proficiently and helps in making profit

Not much , all Salesforce cloud is providing is awesome

Helping to integrate with Postman easily to get data through rest api and many more features alongwith it helping to manage the business application smoothly without any much effort and coding

By buying a few Salesforce licences you get access to the whole platform - invest some time to learn it and you can build almost any application you want for your business. Go further and start your own SaaS business on Salesforce.

Extremely expensive vs the competition (although SF can be pressed on discounts especially now)

It made customer relationship much simpler, the wizard provides 360 view of customer. we can say its a relationship building toolkit with CRM
Probably good solution but we haven't got hang of it yet
What do you like best about the product?
In the company we collect the leads for the clients for websites or creating web apps. The dashboard kinda save time in managing colleague and the client they're attending
What do you dislike about the product?
Not enough documentation, everything seems to be very far fetched written, not to the point with examples.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's more advantages towards organizational level I'd say but me personally, I really like the easy availability and access of information, on the go, on my phone. 📱
User Friendly Software
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is easy to use, especially when tracking the Sales Pipeline. There were a couple of integration of third party applications that looked seamlessly connected.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are some instances that we have to switch from Lightning to Classic Salesforce to access some data.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Pipeline Hygiene - the easiness of updating the sales pipeline which cuts the time needed to focus more on important tasks.

on same page given many option so that not easy to work on page

sales force help to improve sales and easy to analyze sales growth and easy to access all customer data and easy to connect with customer

What do you like best about the product?
Once enabled properly its easy to navigate and use.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes a bit too clunky with many things on the screen.

easy to create dashboards for reporting and keeping track of my pipeline.
