What do you like best about the product?
I like how Salesforce keeps all the customer and deal info in one place. It's really helpful for tracking pipeline, setting reminders for follow ups, and pulling quick reports when needed. I also like the dashboard part. Once it's set up properly, it gives a clear picture of where things stand. It saves a lot of time compared to digging through emails or spreadsheets.
What do you dislike about the product?
The dashboard filter and the object limitations. Due to this, we opt to create dashboards in Tableau
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me track deals, accounts, and partner activities in one place. Way easier than juggling spreadsheets and emails. Saves time and keeps things from slipping through the cracks.

What do you like best about the product?
The best CRM i have ever worked with. It gives me access to all the reports i require for amanging my team. It is easy to use and people learnt it quickly. Lead generation is easy and then finding the admissions are also a easy task.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it has challenges in payment process specifially in syncing but it is resolved within few seconds.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am handling a team of 25 people and through salesforce sales cloud i am able to manage all the reports under one software. It saves my lot of time and everything is automatically done. I dont have to do anything manually now.

What do you like best about the product?
I have found Salesforce Sales Cloud to be a one stop solution to keep a track of my opportunities and it's helped me in my forecasts. It's great to have a holistic view of my accounts, their various opportunities and forecast percentaages, next steps, important contacts, etc. The dashboards are very useful too to help me plan better.
What do you dislike about the product?
I like all the current capabilities offered and don't see any concerns.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps Customer Success to keep a track of all the ongoing opportunities in our accounts so we don't miss out on any key information. It's great for our forecast calls as well and eliminates the need to maintain spreadsheets with the important information required.

What do you like best about the product?
I like theeasy dashboard, can see all lead quickly and efficiently, can drill down to opportunites and can created your own dashboard with graphs and charts

Too many fields to fill which make the process slow, customization should be less

You can track opportunities and can see which could be close soon, where it is stuck and what to do to close the deals

What do you like best about the product?
It is a very good tool to integrate all customer database and ticketing into one.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some occasional lags but probably because of my internet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Integration of all the database records we have for Support, Customer Service and Billing. It helps us easily identify how to address the customer's issue.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud makes it really easy for me to manage my leads, contacts, and deals all in one place. I like how I can see where each deal is in the pipeline, get reminders for follow-ups, and track my tasks and activities. The dashboards and reports are also super helpful.

I can quickly check my performance and know what to focus on next. It saves me time and helps me stay organized every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it feels a bit overwhelming, especially when you're new to it. There are so many features and buttons that it can take a while to learn where everything is.

Also, if it's not set up properly by the admin, some things can feel confusing or take extra steps to do. It’s powerful, but not always super user-friendly right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, I used to forget follow-ups or miss out on deals 'cause everything was in notes, emails, or Excel. Now with Salesforce, everything is in one place.

I can see my leads, calls, emails, deals — all there. It reminds me what to do next, so I don’t miss anything. It helps me close deals faster and keeps me on track daily. Life became a bit easier.
