Magnificent experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its powerful and customizable approach to managing the entire sales process. From detailed lead and opportunity tracking to automation that frees up reps, plus insightful reporting with AI, it’s a comprehensive tool for driving sales success and can be tailored to any business.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its steep learning curve and high cost. It can be complex to master without significant resources, and the pricing can be prohibitive, especially for smaller businesses.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud solves key problems like disorganized customer data, inefficient lead and opportunity management, time lost on manual tasks, and poor visibility into sales performance.
The benefits for us include a unified customer view for personalized interactions, more efficient sales processes with higher conversion rates, increased productivity through automation, and data-driven decision-making to optimize strategies and achieve scalable growth. Essentially, it helps us sell more, smarter, and faster.

What do you like best about the product?
From a sales user perspective, it is a great way to capture client relationships, interactions, and opportunities without much added time.
The interface is very user friendly and able to learn.
The added apps like the salesforce for outlook connector ensure that I’m capturing what is needed with limited additional effort.
Customizable views and reports make it very easy to see and pull out what wash user needs. Along w the dashboards

From an admin side, it’s great that you can start w suggested fields and layouts and then fully personalize to match your companies needs. The interface allows you to do this without coding experience.

For all users, the trailhead and other online sources due to its popularity, make it very easy to learn what you may not already know in the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is somewhat expensive depending on your company’s budget.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It took a company who was using excel, sometimes a shared document and sometimes on individual user desktops, to an integrated platform that easily allows information to be tracked, shared, and made visible who those who need to know. Daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly/yearly reports can be created and run, and you know that the data behind it is solid and not missing anything.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is easy to use, user friendly, and allows all shareholders to collaborate to close deals! We use it daily and it is great both internally and for supporting our customers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have anything negative to say about the product.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving the problem of disconnect between customer conversations with reps and the internal support teams that close the deals agreed upon in those conversations. By linking documents, notes, emails and all of the details in between into one place.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce.com is a powerful and highly customizable CRM platform that has become the industry standard for managing customer relationships, sales pipelines, and business operations. Its scalability and vast ecosystem of integrations make it suitable for organizations of all sizes, from startups to large enterprises.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our current Salesforce setup lacks built-in account planning tools and org charts, which I’ve found extremely valuable in past organizations. Having structured account plans and visual org mapping directly within the CRM helps drive more strategic engagement, improves team alignment, and makes it easier to identify gaps or key decision-makers. Adding these features — either natively or through integrations — would be a big improvement in how we manage and grow accounts.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving several key problems by centralizing and organizing all sales activity in one place.

What do you like best about the product?
I have used Salesforce Sales Cloud to enhance my project lifecycle with better tracking and management of customer interactions. It's best at providing support to the sales team to close deals, keep track of tasks, and manage them efficiently with a process-based workflow. I like the multiple customization features and enhancements available, as well as the coding and no-code tools feature. The initial setup was smooth, simple, and UI-friendly, making it easy and quick to get started, along with great customer support available.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it would be great if there could be a standard functionality to disable all triggers or automations by out-of-the-box features. Another issue is the pricing model. It's high, and because of this, many customers prefer other platforms even though Salesforce offers better features.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud to track and manage customer interactions, automate tasks, and enhance sales team collaboration, while supporting integrations with other platforms to streamline our sales processes.

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is very easy to use and helps keep all customer information in one place. It makes tracking leads, opportunities, and sales activities simple and organized. The reports and dashboards are helpful for understanding sales performance.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be expensive, especially for small businesses. Sometimes, it also feels a bit slow or overwhelming because there are so many features, and it takes time to learn everything.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud helps solve the problem of managing customer relationships and sales processes in one central place. Before using it, tracking leads, follow-ups, and deals was confusing and often led to missed opportunities. Now, everything is organized, and I can easily see where each deal stands. It also helps the team collaborate better and stay on the same page, which has improved productivity and helped us close deals faster.

What do you like best about the product?
I've lived in and breathed this solution for 8 years now and loved how, as a salesperson, I could do everything in this singular platform - track touchpoints (and look at historical ones), create quotes in CPQ, view approval statuses, send agreements out for signature, create cases to cross-functional orgs, view pre-built dashboards specific to my role (or create my own), view iframes from other integrations, and the list goes on. It's incredibly easy to use and keeps me organized and efficient in a very fast-paced environment. I've seen other orgs try to stitch various solutions together to try to create this level of robustness, but you're left with a bunch of disjointed systems that don't talk to eachother, resulting in duplicate efforts across various open browsers and no source of truth/holistic customer view. Save your reps and yourself the headache and just get Salesforce!!!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Since I so heavily rely on Salesforce, the only downside is when there is an outage. However, in my 8 years using it, I've only experienced ONE outage -- that's quite impressive if you ask me!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Holistic customer view, closed booked revenue, open pipeline, touchpoint tracking -- it keeps me organized so I know where I should spend my time. The single source of truth across the business also keeps leadership off my back!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how easy it is to create reports. It is user friendly and the training does not take long whenever we have an onboarding. Their customer service is amazing and they are very kind and patient. We use it daily for our clients, students and even patients. I love that it is integrated with so many platforms. I am able to add and remove features all the time with no issues at all.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that we can't move a form around. For example, if I am completing a progress note and I want to see the page behind it, I am not able to move the form to the left or the right. it's not movable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Help us record services easily and track clients. It used to be a bit hard doing that with our previous CRM
