What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce Sales Cloud is a powerful platform, there are some areas that could be improved to enhance the user experience:
Initial Setup: Getting started can require time and effort, especially for teams new to CRM systems, but the results are worth it once everything is in place.
Advanced Customization: Some complex customizations may need additional technical expertise, yet the flexibility of the platform overall is a major advantage.
Cost Considerations: For smaller businesses, the pricing might seem high, but the scalability and return on investment make it a valuable long-term solution.
Learning Curve: Training is often necessary to maximize the platform’s features, but once adopted, teams can see significant benefits.
Performance with Large Data: Occasionally, system speed may be affected when handling large-scale data or integrations, though the platform remains reliable overall.
Support Experience: Customer support is generally helpful, but resolving complex queries might take longer at times.
Integration Management: While integrations are robust, managing them can require some technical know-how, but they open up incredible possibilities for streamlining workflows.
Mobile App Features: The mobile app is useful for staying connected on the go, though it doesn’t always match the desktop functionality.

What do you like best about the product?
I feel incredibly blessed to be implementing Sales Cloud, as all the features in one place make it a lot easier to get multiple tasks done at once . Especially the implementation part, where I was able to automate a few repetitive sales processes using flows, was straightforward. All I had to do was just get my record variables and a few others straight, then everything else fell in place. I frequently use it as my job is to implement things in Salesforce, and integrating it with twitter was what I did recently. When I faced a problem recently regarding one of such tasks, I was able to easily resolve it through their customer support as they are proactive and very informative with the help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I especially find it useful, and all I can think is how to use it another day and how I am supposed to get to know all the features, rather than finding any flaws. It is almost flawless, but sometimes, when the server is down, that's when it frustrates me a bit. Every other time it's just a new feature, and new idea, and a new implementation. It is slow for a few tasks, but it is something manageable. Nothing that worries me even one bit when it comes to Salesforce. All I had to do was have a plan in my mind about how to structure my work and just get it done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a Salesforce developer, i always strive for excellence, and it's not just something personal, but I also seek professional excellence always. So this is where Sales Cloud comes into the picture. It allows me to do analytics and planning with ease.I can do email tracking as well as sales coaching using the platform. Sometimes, as part of my job, i get to take part in management activities and that is where the usage of AI Sales Assistant comes to work. The AI assistant just makes it lot of things easier, like planning calls and scheduling meetings, and acting as a sales agent for the end users and whatnot. The conversation intelligence is something I admire a lot about Salesforce.Sales enagagement happens very actively among our sales team and customers using the AI and this as part of our sales processes is what we thrive on.

Revolutionizing Retail Operations with Salesforce Sales Cloud
What do you like best about the product?
What we appreciate most about Salesforce Sales Cloud is its powerful combination of customization, scalability, and real-time visibility into our sales pipeline. The platform’s intuitive interface makes it easy for our sales team to track leads, manage opportunities, and automate routine tasks—freeing them up to focus on what really matters: building strong customer relationships and closing deals.
The AI-powered insights from Einstein help us prioritize leads more intelligently, while customizable dashboards give our managers the tools they need to monitor performance and forecast revenue with confidence. The integration with other tools in the Salesforce ecosystem has also helped us break down silos between departments and maintain a 360-degree view of our customers.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Salesforce Sales Cloud offers a robust set of features, the platform can feel overwhelming at first—especially for new users or smaller teams without dedicated Salesforce admins. The customization options are powerful, but configuring them correctly often requires technical expertise or support from certified consultants, which can add to initial setup time and cost.
Additionally, the pricing structure can be complex, and costs can quickly add up as you scale or add more advanced features. We’ve also noticed that some integrations require additional licensing or third-party tools, which can be frustrating for companies expecting everything to be native.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud, our sales team struggled with fragmented customer data, inconsistent lead follow-ups, and limited visibility into the sales pipeline. We relied heavily on spreadsheets and manual processes, which led to inefficiencies, missed opportunities, and inaccurate forecasting.

Salesforce Sales Cloud has been amazing!
What do you like best about the product?
I use Salesforce Sales Cloud daily as it has been integrated with all my other work applications, which is great because I don't have to open several windows/apps. It has been invaluable support to stay on top of my meetings and have a quick snapshot of the customers I am meeting with. It is also a great way to keep on top of the myriad things that can happen throughout my day. It has been really great to be able to use this application at work, and I wish my previous employers had used it as well; it would have made my work life so much easier.

SalesForce Integration
What do you like best about the product?
I love to use SalesForce integration. Its very easy to use this and create leads in this integration. I used this to create leads via activecampaign. Also, use this to send the campaign to the salesforce record of leads or contacts. I started using this 2 years ago and It really helped me to engage with the customer and increase the revenue. we can send marketing emails sequence vise via setting a trigger based on form submissions or deal. I like about this is when any lead status changes it automatically updated the data and reflected in activecampaign or whether any changes made in activecampaign it automatically changes in salesforce.
