Salesforce, CRM Tool of the decade
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce sales cloud mainly focuses on the sales and different Customer relation management features like workflows to customize the sales process or customized emails for the clients .The ease of implementation is just a wow factor and best of all is it's integration with the APIs and different sales applications .All these features just make the frequency of its usage more .Their customer support is excellent and most of all the platform is very easy to use and not much difficult even for beginners
What do you dislike about the product?
There is totally nothing much to dislike about the platform .But navigations is sometimes a n issue so other than that everything else is very easy and more features to explore make it a go to tool for every business who are trying to globalize and make an impact.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me in managing my sales performance with the reports and dashboards which are brief and depictive .The workflows make it more easy to customize my business needs according to the each customer. The point and click tools make it more appealing than most of the other CRM platforms .The budget cuts can be made easily by adapting salesforce because its a best platform that reduces the resources needed and works on the shared resources .The email tracking, Lead Scoring , Outbound Call tracking , Business scheduling and many other tasks are easily done .Recently the AI sales assistant using the agent force has made a impeccable change in the CRM Tools .So salesforce ai assistant is very useful in sales analytics and it has conversational intelligence compared to many sales people .The sales coaching can be done with the process builder and all the basic information available on the platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I will like this most is it is a user friendly. It is easy to use and customization as per our business requirements. I would like this salesforce sales cloud is very most my day to day daily activates are to be easily used. The salesforce will be connect the integrate the systems very easily. It will be using the frequently.
What do you dislike about the product?
As of now i was using this sales cloud user friendly but the governor limits it is only thing consideration for me apart rest of everything its fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have solved several problems in my sales cloud as per our business requirements. It was good learning to me and career as well very helpful to prove and upskill my self.
I have done many of automations like using the salesforce flows to email tracking send automatically in background i have created many things in the sales cloud.

Very helpful and easy to use with too many features . One platform where you can find every solution.

Nothing with the help of salesforce I can put every details of customer in one single platform.

Salesforce is a must in every outsourcing company. It's easy to use, and I use this everyday for following process.

I dislike about salesforce is when you try to open another tab of Salesforce it will automatically log you off.

At our company, we use Salesforce Sales Cloud to track the entire sales pipeline. For example, our sales reps log all customer interactions, and we automate follow-ups through workflow rules. The dashboard helps us monitor key metrics like conversion rates and deal progress. Our team also benefits from real-time reports, which assist in forecasting revenue and optimizing sales strategies. And it helps us illustrate how we track lead progress and deal stages

It does look a bit old school, that is literally the only negative feedback I have.

It provides a complete view over prospects & customers with easy access to activities like notes, emails & deal progression.

There are SO many different resources and tools to help you with your business. I have used salesforce in multiple roles across industries and is my preferred CRM!

Customer Service can be difficult to reach at times but other than that, very helpful!

Salesforce helps track our outbound call data and appointments that we are able to make based off our outbound B2B calls.

I love having all of my clients information in the palm of my hands.
Being able to set up new employees, review cases, update contact information for our clients, creating tasks and making phone calls within the app has never been so easy! I love how easy I can connect JIRA bugs to cases as well as connect our phone system to salesforce. We use Salesforce everyday within our company.

What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any downsides. Salesforce customer support has been great with letting us know when it will be down for updates.

Being able to stay organized all within one platform has been fantastic.

if it gives an error it is difficult to find where it is

even during a holiday I had to reach some of user data customer or project data, so I can reach whenever I am wherever I am
Salesforce - the best CRM for high data organizations.
What do you like best about the product?
How it effectivly manages and processes lage amount of information. The other avialble options I had, couldn't switch between analytical apporaches as fact, orwhere able to create as much customization - in order to drive the best out of our data.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's graffics for the reports are really good, but the pivot table analisis caps out at 4 variables, and the grpahics cap out at 2 variables, and only allow one type of graph, intestead of cross graphing.
It's a lot tu ask, considering it does so much already, but it would be nice to have.

It's very easy to use and navigate. I love how it tracks everything automatically and you do not have to update it yourself

The only negative is there were some issues creating cadences/ email templates.
