Great for reporting
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy the ability to build in-depth reports for campaigns, and the integration with other platforms is an essential part of providing all the data I need in one place.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unfortunately, there can be a large learning curve. Although that's the price you pay with a high depth of features, it's unfortunate that it takes so much time to learn to utilize the platform effectively.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The primary issue is disprate data sources. Salesforce lets us bring them all together to measure metrics as a single source of truth.
Salesforce is a great option if you need flexibility.
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to establish fields and functionality around my needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The annual fee increased and I have a little difficulty with oversight due to not having a strong tech background.

The platform allows me to maintain a solid and secure system in handling day to day activities regarding my business needs for my clients.

Salesforce cloud is solving our New Opportunity and Leads management.

The table of contents of specific article is easy to read and understand.

Whenever that you search for a specific article you will need to enter the complete title to get the correct one

You can contact the customer easily if needed. Salesforce articles are easily updated if needed
SalesForce, a force to be reckoned with
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is organized, user friendly, robust, multifaceted CRM that allows for multiple business unit applications to function within the CRM. The Objects are well defined and versitile, allowing for expansion and customization for unique business goals. Developers can create apex code to run in the CRM expanding further capabilities for the benefit of the company. SFDC is one terrifice tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
SFDC can become complex and a bit unweildy, needs maintenance and upkeep to maintain data integrity
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do all our GTM analytics on SFDC as well as a fair amount of reporting within our production environment. We track Leads, Contacts, Invoices, POs, Licensing, PHI, Assets and many other items within the CRM

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud is how it centralizes everything in one place. From tracking leads to managing opportunities, it helps me stay organized and on top of everything.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I don’t love about Salesforce Sales Cloud is the complexity when it comes to customization. While it’s great that you can tailor the platform to your exact needs, it does require a fair amount of time and expertise to really get it to match your processes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce Sales Cloud is solving a lot of the issues we face with managing leads, tracking opportunities, and keeping everything organized, since it consolidates all customer and sales data in one place, which makes it super easy to track the full sales journey from prospecting to closing.

One common frustration with Salesforce Sales Cloud is its complexity. While it’s feature-rich, the learning curve can be steep, especially for new users. Customization options are extensive, but they can feel overwhelming without a dedicated admin or technical expertise. Also, the cost can be a downside for smaller businesses

Salesforce Sales Cloud solves problems related to sales process inefficiencies, lack of customer insights, and team collaboration. It centralizes customer data, making it easy to track leads, opportunities, and interactions in one place
My experience with salesforce CRM
What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is the best CRM software which a company or firm can use to manage theirs leads and update client stage and for doing proper seggregation of the leads and ensuring a smooth management of data authenticity and also allows one to update client interaction or client stages .
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing i dislike the in salesforce is sometimes it holds up too long or takes too much time to process or start .
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce is solving a problem of customer realtionship management where one can keep data upadeted in a secured software where the client/ lead data is stored and managed and help one keep a record on their leads and clients stages and it also helps in lead distribution.

I have used Salesforce for years. The new BoostUp feature is great. The ability to do some many things in one platform is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
The error messages are often hard to navigate

Salesforce helps with tracking, quoting, forecasting, collaborating and so many other things....
Ease of integration to other tools
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the layout of this software and the endless things you can actually do with it. It's always easy to use and navigate when working with cases or chats. it's also very user friendly and beginner friendly for newbies in the customer support industry. I use this alot as my line of business deals with emails.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much just the colors, hoping that it'll be more colorful in the near future. Also if there's an option to group tabs for cases for a much compact view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It goes offline when you idle too much, though it's workable and can be fixed by reloading the page. It's good as it's real time and wouldn't affect the current cases being handle.
