What do you like best about the product?
The ablility to customize almost every aspect of the sales process, from lead management to reporting. salesforce sales cloud provides poerful automation, real time insights and seamless intergration with other tool, making it easy to manage and optimize the sales pipeline
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform can be complex and overwhelming for new users, with a steep learning curve. Customizations often require technical expertise or developer support, and licensing costs can be high , especially when scaling or adding advanced features
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salesforce sales cloud streamlines lead and opportunity management, improves pipeline visbility and reduce manual tasks through automation boosting team productivity and decision making

What do you like best about the product?
I would say it is best software or service available out there. Giving their tons of features of every aspect of features in it.

Sales cloud is there , Marketing cloud is there and many more with the integration of Ai which makes it unbeatable.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it might me cost for new user and you have to learn how to customize it because it can be difficult when it starts.

Also some addons are paid so you have to be mindful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having multiple tools at one place helps your organization to multiple things at once.

Automation helps speed up the process.

Best Salesforce forecasting with multiple amount of data.

We used salesforce to talk to different customer and resolves their issues via email and call.

What do you like best about the product?
The customisability, the automated tasks with email reminders, collaboration with the cross functional team, ease of use helps me in my RFP process and bid submissions. This helped our team to track the progress of the RFPs and timely submissions of the bids.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially learning it is very complex, but once you learn it, it will make your life easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Previously, I had to follow up with the CFT team for costing or to gather their inputs.
Now, the entire process is automated, and the CFT team completes their costing directly in Salesforce without needing any reminders or emails. tracking of each RFP is very easy and our TAT % improved a lot.

What do you like best about the product?
Possibility to integrate other areas of the company into my sales process, in addition to having greater freedom to generate reports of my operation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not so intuitive to use. To create reports, I had to invest a lot of time to learn how to use the tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Mainly the visibility of the numbers of my operation, as well as tracking the entire history of my client's interactions with other areas of my company on a single screen.

We can integrate all our tools with Salesforce. It's our central source of truth to understand our customers.

Slow loading days or pulling a large report.

Being able to see what campaigns the lead is in and having them all in a single place.

Utilizing Salesforce on a daily basis

What do you like best about the product?
The most helpful thing about Salesforce is the fact that it holds so much information in detail, for years on end. If there is any information I need, I can look through Case History, Contacts, etc to find what is needed. The system houses multiple different fields of information as also has multiple functions in the sense of having high vs low priority cases, cases automatically closing after a period of time, and even follow up emails being sent from Salesforce regarding the case status.
What do you dislike about the product?
One thing I dislike about Salesforce is the lack of information from about ten years ago. While I understand that is quite some time ago, the system appears to have not been used to its fullest capacity back then as the case notes are much more sparse and not as detailed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to access information for ALL of our clients. While we have different platforms for each section of the company, all information is housed within Salesforce which makes case research so much easier. Investigating and trying to find information is much more sufficient and productive with a product like Salesforce.

What do you like best about the product?
Best CRM I ever worked with, also I like the response time and the refresh rate along with the report & analytics.
Customer support is good & usage is pretty easy. Implementation of a new feature is also easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing as such all the things are going well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Solving sorting out all the prospects in a well manner.
