Sales Cloud helps your sales team manage their leads better. It is customizable to fit your teams needs

It can be a bit of a hassle when it is first setup.

Sales cloud is widely used by our customers on the ground in managing their leads and opportunities

Sales agent experience and facility to use and to closed a deal.

I think that chatter will be better to facility communicate between org members.

Canned reports. All emails sent via email (without relay) end up in spam

Opportunity tracking and pipeline inspection helps us track our potential work and enable us to plan our capacity accordingly

Duplicate records are created when integrated with sales force. Development team is working on fixing it

What do you like best about the product?
A major update to Salesforce's standard product, Sales Cloud, will be happening soon. New features are being added one after another, making it full of highlights.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are so many features that I'm unsure how to make use of them. It seems that in future updates, it will be possible to visualize the features I am using.

You can integrate customer information and visualize the status of sales activities.
