What do you like best about the product?
I like that we are able to customize other software integrations.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are still limitations on some customizations and automated workflow.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Reporting is a beneficial solution as we can see how we are doing across the region.

Its easy to create and configure. Has a robust security policy with profiles and permissions set. Easy to integrate with other systems and customize

Multi tenent enviroment so you have to be aware of govenor limits.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helps up keep track of potential opportunities and those won. Assists in forcasting new projects with easy to create reports
