Salesforce platform helps us to diversify the case to the respective teams and makes our job easy. Being a user - friendly platform, it greatly helps our business to expidite the work.

Salesforce platform does give us a lot of faciities to diversify the queues but limited filiters allow us to make changes in the case.

Salesforce platform help us to segregate various cases in different buckets which helps us to assign the respective queues to the respective teams.

It's thorough, with seemingly infinite features. The integrations available are second to none, and help our business in all departments from the commercial team and support team to finance and compliance. The reports and dashboards, providing our teams have filled out the necessary fields, give us ample data on where we are and aren't performing as a business.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is the big thing, as it's one of the more expensive on the market. However, when you use it, you can generally see why this is. Furthermore, the customer support is not very good, despite having lots of online forums.
