Duplicate Management can be better. Leads merge needs more flexibility.

What do you like best about the product?
The streamlined process with functionalities that are standard with ROM for customization to support from Lead generation to Opportunity Management to Quote generation for customers to review.
What do you dislike about the product?
Currently siloed and separate from Service Cloud. Would like to see more integrated between the two clouds because our internal customers work in both clouds
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ready-to-use solution that can be easily customized to fit our specific business requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Salesforce Sales Cloud because it streamlines my sales process, giving me powerful tools to manage customer relationships, track leads, and close deals faster. The platform’s real-time analytics and reporting provide actionable insights, helping me make better decisions. Its integration with other tools boosts productivity and collaboration, while automation reduces manual tasks, allowing my team to focus on selling. I have nothing! It really is a great solution

What do you like best about the product?
We are really excited to enhance our sales teams with the full power of AI. The Agentforce platform is going to be a game changer to enable our sales team to focus on our customers, and remove much of the toil from their day-to-day.
What do you dislike about the product?
The implementation is not trivial, but we're confident it is worth the investment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Salescloud allows us to manage full breath of our enterprise customers across many users and products, and have a central view of how that account is performing.

Haven't disliked anything yet. Happy with the features offered
