What do you like best about the product?
salesforce cloud is a tool that integrates all the tools that we are using. Including five9, calendly and more.
What do you dislike about the product?
slow when it loads the softphone. It will take almost a minute to complete the login in the softphone
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Slowness in the softphone when logging-in. It is crucial specially when we go to lunch and we need to log out from salesforce and five9. As I go back, there is a latency when logging in.

What do you like best about the product?

Salesforce Sales Cloud streamlines lead management, automates sales tasks, and provides robust analytics. This improves sales efficiency, enhances customer relationships, and drives revenue growth. The centralized data view and automation tools save time and enable data-driven decisions, benefiting businesses by increasing productivity and effectiveness.

What do you like best about the product?
Most helpful in salesforce cloud is of course having arranged leads for me to locate which one to contact weather hot or cold leads. It is fast specially when using dispositions In which helped me to choose the best option on what happened on a certain outbound call.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes about sales force sales cloud but a recommendation actually on adding solid colors for us to indentify which leads are needed to be called or which leads are old leads, to help us identify at the same time much more easier which ones are the latest or oldest leads to contact, but so far the salesforce sales cloud is all good in terms of the tools that what we need.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Well for me salesforce cloud is solving if ever I lost a certain lead that I have accidently remove I can find it thru the recent leads that were open. That is very beneficial at the same time. Also It counts my quota In a daily basis because I can see the number of calls that I am receiving on a daily basis

What do you like best about the product?
With the ability to easily search and identify opportunities, it has drastically cut down our duplicated efforts when multiple customers bring us the same projects. It has also streamlined the management aspect of quick and easy communication about the projects to avoid wasted efforts. The reporting has drastically cut back the time spent generating reports by hand and increased time available for generating business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reports aren't as customizable as we would like and need to develop work arounds to get the data displayed as we like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication and organization. We spent far too much time duplicating efforts or chasing internal information

What do you like best about the product?

I find the platform overwhelming, especially for small businesses, due to its extensive features and steep learning curve. it sometimes require technical expertise or developer assistance to fully tailor it to business needs. The interface clutteres and unintuitive at times, making navigation less efficient.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud integrates data from various sources, providing a centralized the interactions, improving collaboration and decision-making. It helps to track and nurture leads more effectively, ensuring that no potential sales opportunity is missed. It also rovides real-time insights into sales pipelines, helping teams plan and forecast accurately.

What do you like best about the product?
In integrates with all our other software increedibly well and keeps our teams organized and connected with communications
What do you dislike about the product?
As it is a very comphrehensive program, there are always kinks in data that were always having to work on cleaning up
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ensurig all our departments and teams have an all in one place to go to for all communications and client account information. Helps with tracking and managing KPIs

What do you like best about the product?
I love that I could easily access information on a simple click. I could also sort information based on how I would like to view it. It's pretty incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I could not think of anything because I do not have any bad experiences in this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It could show me my numbers in real time. It coud track all the tasks that I have done on time, and It can monitor all my priority buckets on a daily basis.
