What do you like best about the product?
Having an aggregated place where everyone can access the same data anywhere, on a laptop or phone, is extremeLu beneficial to streamline efficiency.
What do you dislike about the product?
Occasionally creating reports can be difficult when fields from different objects are not readily available out of the box.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is centralizing our previously very decentralizing business.

Having started as an Admin over 20 years ago, I love how the product continues to be innovative, relevant & manages to maintain the core user base engaged.

Nothing I can think of right now. We are always able to deliver the business need
