What do you like best about the product?
Good integration with calling tools, easy to access, Support is good, easy for everyday use and implementing sales tasks.

Asks to login after a few days of no use.

Sales engagement, all sales leads and needs in one place, unified platform for sales.

What is our primary use case?

I am not involved in hands-on activities as I manage the team. We primarily work with connections provided by our partners.

How has it helped my organization?

Salesforce is used for managing the data of our clients. It helps our sales team keep track of meetings and other relevant information.

What is most valuable?

The solution is very easy to use. It allows for straightforward data input, which is crucial for our operations.

What needs improvement?

I cannot comment on improvements as we haven't used their customer service.

For how long have I used the solution?

We have been using Salesforce for an opportunity with our partners and inputting relevant details.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

The solution is stable. Our team has not reported any difficulty.

We have never used Salesforce's customer service.

We prefer using local solutions like RD Station in Brazil due to pricing considerations.

We did not do the initial setup. It was handled by our partner.

We received access through our partner, so no direct implementation team was involved on our side.

As we do not pay for Salesforce directly, it's difficult to calculate a specific ROI. We receive access when we sign with partners.

What's my experience with pricing, setup cost, and licensing?

Salesforce is considered expensive in the Brazilian market, suitable for big companies. We usually opt for local solutions like RD Station.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We use RD Station for CRM needs in Brazil, as it's easy to deploy and manage.

What other advice do I have?

I do not have additional advice as we are not extensive users.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Salesforce Sales cloud is the access to all information regarding accounts in my base, I am able to use this information to engage with my customers, keep track of revenue, look at future opportunities, track meetings and also review my day to day activities. This allows me to provide excellent support to my clients and communicate internally without having to run around to find bits and pieces of information.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have used it for a very long time, I do not feel that there is much to dislike, it's a helpful tool in so many ways.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This product allows us to accurately provide account information to our clients but also internally when discussing certain issues. It allows us to see exactly when clients have been engaged, we are able to keep track of the frequency of engagement and also set up tasks for future activities so we get to stay on top of everything. I love the fact that all contract information is always available, all documents are stores and all valuable information regarding the account is on hand in an instant.

What do you like best about the product?
EVERYTHING. I used a different tool before, 365 something and it was awful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's 1. Other agents can get the case I'm currently working on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps me solve the customers' issue via email quicker since Salesforce is a user friendly! I'm very glad that this is the main tool we use!

This is the best crm i ever used and very userfriendly interface. Their integration is the best thing.

Nothing is like to be dislike. Their services and support is very good.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can personalize and track interactions progress with the clients.

There is nothing I can think of. I really like this platform as is.
