What do you like best about the product?
The SFMC connector make it easy to access SFDC data to action on in customer journeys

Sales cloud can be costly and lots of features have add on costs.

I've always had a great experience with sales cloud as an admin user. Also enjoyed building our features for our Sales team!

Permissions need some work and more robust reporting.

What do you like best about the product?
Sales Cloud is our sales team's true one-stop shop that helps manage all aspects of the sales journey across our business. No matter the task, whether we are managing opportunities, improving existing customer relationships, forecasting revenues, generating leads, and more, Sales Cloud has enabled our organization to tap into previously unrealized synergies.
What do you dislike about the product?
No access to Pardot data which makes fully connecting our platform data difficult.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Sales Cloud helps our organization manage end to end customer journeys and provide deep insights into our industry across all aspects of our business. This has been game changing for our company, since the data used to live across multiple platforms and was difficult to understand. CRM has ultimately moved us toward deeper insights and cross selling between business units.

Lead assignment based on the territory is one of the wonderful features that helps our org.

Some of the features are not available from other cloud but it would help significantly for POC. I think agentforce would make things easier.
