Experience with Sales Cloud as a new user
What do you like best about the product?
The Einstein integration to Salesforce Cloud has a lot of potential for predictive analysis.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a bit overwhelming to a new user with no Salesforce background.

I know our marketing team uses it to track campaigns and leads.

Sales cloud gives you enormous versatility in making the custom parts of your business utilize a standard UI and experience for users

I wish more recent features were not full add on packages

It enables and empowers our users to sell with all the info in one place. They don't have to constantly tab out to other places.

Salescloud definitely accomplishes what we need more than any other tool could. Plenty of options to customize and impressive tools that integrate

What do you like best about the product?
As a revops leader, I find Sales Cloud to be the perfect tool for our full funnel sales managment. It's customizable and easy to build reporting for our KPIs. Sales reps have high adoption in our org, and the interface is modern and intuitive.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only compaint is that often new functionality is released that requires us to redo our set-up to be in line with best practices (i.e. when opportunity teams was released we had already set-up custom fields to create our own version of this.

Opportunity tracking from inception to booking.
