What do you like best about the product?
The best thing about Salesforce is it's adaptability and the fact that it's cloud based.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think that it requires too many people to maintain. The executive team expected it to be just plug and play forever.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Database for all the accounts, opportunities and contacts.

A great CRM with lots to offer

  • December 13, 2017

What do you like best about the product?
Salesforce is super customizeable and can be integrated with a lot of other companies and services. It offers endless possibilities as to what can be built, also offer a portal with third party apps and partners which can make things a bit easier.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is very high and the company will have to rely on a consultant(s) to create or customize the service to your need if your team doesn't have the knowledge. Also, training is super expensive if you want to invest on your team.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think this question will be answered in a few months, so far we are still fine tuning implementation issues. the main benefits will be data/activity tracking and automation.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get your team trained first, this will definitely help designing a successful implementation plan.

What do you like best about the product?
The flexibility - with the knowledge and profile permissions, you can build SF into any tool you need. It's scalable, and always introducing new features.
What do you dislike about the product?
Security settings can sometimes prevent you from doing things you know you need to do, and have to get approval through higher admins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Data management, automation, reporting, tracking service hours. Some tools save a lot of time by allowing for mass updates, inserts, deletions, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Start small - don't try to use it all at once!
