What do you like best about the product?
easy search feature , allows you to search for url, key word, address, very flexible
What do you dislike about the product?
that is a harder question, I cant remeber a time that I said, "damn i have to use that stupid program" its always really easy to ues and gets the job done
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
it slashes the amount of spam / phish attacts by at least 95% before we implemented it, we would spend hours on trying to track down and stop hacked accoutns

What do you like best about the product?
We have found that it is chatching about 90-95% of all impersonations. I do not know of one that has better stats than that.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not the easest to manover around in. Confadance rating seems a little lower than expected and hard to judge there meaning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Stopping emails from the outside say from our CEO or about finaciances

What do you like best about the product?
This tool constantly scans all emails in the inbox and when it finds one pretending to be an employee coming from someone else it yanks the message right out out of the inbox.
What do you dislike about the product?
sometimes employee to employee email internally trips this and the email is yanked. While there is the ability to create exceptions to bypass this I would prefer a bit more fine tuning as I am not a fan of blindy skipping scanning.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This Helps to solve conversation hijacking and Direct Deposit redirection to scam accounts. The DD scam redirect has been on the rise and Cuda is at the fron line stopping these attacks.

While Barracuda's Impersonation Protection is undoubtedly robust and effective, like any product, there is room for improvement. For instance, its alert system, while informative, could benefit from more granular customization options to reduce false positives.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda Impersonation Protection has been a game-changer for us, especially with the sneaky phishing attacks we've been seeing lately. Scammers will pretend to be high-ranking officials in the organization, these deceitful emails get caught before they can cause trouble. Not only does it keep our data safe but it also helps us learn about these sneaky tactics, making everyone in the company a bit more scam-savvy. All in all, we are better protected now than we ever have been

What do you like best about the product?
It gives me a reason why it blocks the emails. I like that it scans for future malicious emails from the sender and removes the out of user's inboxes.
What do you dislike about the product?
When the emails are blocked because of suspicion, I would like to know what key words or phrases it looks for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It reduces the problems I had with fake senders pretending to use our domain name.

What do you like best about the product?
Web interface works well, DMARC is a plus
What do you dislike about the product?
No feedback on errant email submissions.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Catches impostor messages that Microsoft O365 misses, provides DMARC parser to help evaluate email deliverability without having to invest in a separate product.

It's handy. It essentially pulls login info from our 365 instance.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's no alert system, for suspicious / impossible logins.

It's a quick and simple access to suspicious login activity.

What do you like best about the product?
It has protected us from sophisticated targeted phishing attacks. A few members of our organization have fallen victim in the past, but since we implemented this we have had zero issues.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can sometimes be inconvenient, but even that has been painless compared to what could possibly happen. The interface is different than the other barracuda products so there is an adjustment there too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Targeted phishing campaigns. I can see the reports and notifications of the attempts and they are well prepared. I know that without this pordcut, members of our organization would fall victim to these attacks.

Helpful and easy to read interface with valuable information

What do you like best about the product?
The Impersonation protection really allowed us to see in further detail our more high risk vs medium and low risk employees while providing factors as to why such a risk level was applied
What do you dislike about the product?
Of course Barracuda Impersonation Protection can be on the pricey side of the spectrum but our school district has continued to have great success with Barracuda products.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Barracuda impersonation protection has been able to provide a detailed and easy to read GUI with most of the important security related details in one pane, details such as header info and threats found in the email. Impersonation Protection will sort employees into a low, medium and high risk category, further revealing employees who may become targets or are being already targeted by scams/phishing. Impersonation Protection also verifies DMARC is properly configured and provides actions that can be performed to further restrict spam/scams/phishing

Dramatic cut back on impersonation attacks!

What do you like best about the product?
The system was easy to set up and implement - taking less than an hour to ensure everything was configured correctly. Since that point, I get a regularly scheduled status report, along with email notifications on when the system is capturing impersonation attmepts. My team likes it because they can quickly report if they feel that a message is a false positive - in which we are able to go into the software and verify the message before resending it to the user. It has been a great addition and has captured on average about 10-20 messages per week from malicious sources pretending to be our CEO, accounting, or HR teams.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm struggling to find dislikes about it - the simplicity of the system, along with how easy it was to implement makes the software that much more robust, as there isn't a ton of rules or features you need to toggle on and off. It has nearly been a "set it and forget it" system that we rarely have to make any modifications to.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We have dealt with a handful of situations prior to implementation where senders would often impersonate people on our team to try and get other team members to perform actions that are malicious in nature. While we have DMARC deployed on our systems, things still slip by and to the casual user, it may not be very apparent that the sender is not who they say they are. With Impersonation Protection, those instances are greatly reduced. Coupled with quarterly security training and simulated phishing tests, we feel we are in a great position having all of these items help educated and protect our team.
