What do you like best about the product?
It is a very good tool in the industry first, which is started scaling up to support for IT, Procurement and Finance team under one bucket.
What do you dislike about the product?
as mentioned it is new to the market, and needs to brainstorm on the workflow and features as per industry standards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Licence Mgmt, inactivity users Mgmt, employee experience for new access request which will help IT to automate in many ways as L0 and L1 engineer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
looking forward to bringing more features from IT and the alert notifications mechanism.

Some small tweaks are needed but the support staff is helpful.

Getting a handle on our SAAS spend and our underusage reports.

The software works as advertised, they have been a good partner have listened to our questions/concerns and have made updates accordingly .

What do you like best about the product?
"We benefit from the automation of off-boarding, and onboarding because it takes repetitive and mundane tasks away from our IT team, who can now provide a better experience for all users.
The insights into how many users are using a particular SaaS app are very helpful. This gives us full visibility into what our end users are accessing as well as helping with budget planning and forecasting.
The Zluri team is just awesome when it comes to bringing in new integrations and features, which is perfect for a company like ours.

Nothing to dislike as of now, its great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Automating onboarding and offboarding and for complete app discovery.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are spending a lot of time manually configuring items for end-users or worrying about unused software licenses, Zluri is the tool for you.
Good platform to gain visibility over your SaaS stack
What do you like best about the product?
Connecting applications was generally straightforward and there is a large bank of applications with direct integrations to choose from. Integrating Google workspace was a really simple way to connect more applications. Whenever we had issues Zluri were always very helpful and responsive in getting it sorted.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes it can be a little fiddly to get the integrations set up and working properly. We have had some issues pulling financial information from Xero to model our software spend.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We didn't have full visibility of what software was being used across our organisation. Zluri gives us this visibility and helps us track contracts and renewals too.
A promising SaaS spend management solution
What do you like best about the product?
Zluri can help me track spending and license management for 100+ saas applications. It also helps us manage all vendor contracts at one place.
Best part is about them is their after-sales + product team. They have been on their toes and helped us with almost all our needs.
They are still evolving as a product, however, there is no perfect product in this category. But I like their vision and readiness to build new features. Full marks for that

What do you dislike about the product?
I think the performance could have been better. Sometimes it is a little slow.
Also -a historical spending comparison on overview screen could have been useful.

We have a lot of SaaS tools we use and tracking the usage and efficiency of these tools is a challenge. Zluri helps us understand how our tech stack is being used and where we should be doubling up or cutting down to optimize our investments

The correlation of data -- contracts, renewal monitoring, usage insights, shadow IT and workflow automation.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing so far. The product works better than expected and the support is great.

Zluri has helped us to be more accountable financially and also from an onboarding and offboarding perspective. It also helps solve the shadow IT.

Compare with other leaders in the SaaS management space and you will be pleasantly surprised by how much more complete Zluri's offering is.

Insights into our SaaS spending from Shadow IT and things such as license usage. One of the best things was the setup and onboarding process.

I have found little to dislike at this time, very pleased with the journey so far.

Shadow IT, under usage of assigned licenses and SaaS budget tracking.
Easy Integration
What do you like best about the product?
A single place to manage all of our licensed Applications, Contracts, Invoices. Also the feature that suggests us on ways to save money by effectively managing licenses
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing that I dislike, but I think Zluri would be complete if we have an ability to also do license procurement along with negotiations.

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri is very easy to work with and their customer success team is very helpful and attentive.
What do you dislike about the product?
There have been a few things in the app that were not functioning but the team we were working with gave us very quick attention and helped right away.

Zluri allows us to see all of the apps that our employees are using and helps us track the spend for each.
