What do you like best about the product?
Centralized budget and requests management, very user friendly, right now it is being used on the daily basis by us. customer support is very prompt on response and resolution, from trial to implementation is good enough

The Zluri platform is celebrated for its outstanding user-friendliness, making it perfect for users of any technical proficiency.

What do you dislike about the product?
No downsides as of the moment. So far Zluri for us is awesome! :)

Integration Management, Zluri assists in managing connections between different software applications, ensuring they work well together and minimizing problems with integration.

The fact that i didnt add Zluri before i wated my time checking other solution.

Confusing at first but once you get used to it will be easy.

Not having visibility on everything with Zluri its solved that issue and problem.

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri have done a great job in building this Access Management tool which will help us to create accounts in multiple platform in just a few clicks and making our work easier and in turn reducing the time spent as well. We have integrated most of our applications with Zluri and made our life easy.
The Engineering team and the customer support does a great job in tailoring the application to the needs and requirements of our Organisation.

What do you dislike about the product?
At times the TAT to fix an issue might go high but they defnitely will complete the task.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri has been very helpful to grant and revoke to multiple access in a couple of clicks instead of accessing every application and providing the same information multiple times so we could use our time productively.

APplication discovery
Zluri made me look like a ROCKSTAR!
What do you like best about the product?
I love how the team really made it easy to not only stand up a POC but made it super simle to implement and deploy the software for us. We were able to quickly integrate so many apps on our initial POC and get feedback on usage, within 24 hours we were able to do some necessary cost saving changes
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike and it's really minimal is early morning meetings. I should learn to wake up earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri helped give us an easy to view and track of our SAAS stack. We didn't have a means to properly track payments, renewals and licenses.
Class-Leading Feature Set, Excellent Pre-Sales Team
What do you like best about the product?
Zluri is certainly the class leader when it comes to feature set. They cover territory across all the major SMP categories, including: Security, Automation, Control, and Cost Reduction. I particulary like two key features: (1) Create dynamic, JIT Offboarding workflows, capturing all user apps that Zluri knows about, and (2) the App Repository, where IT can post whitelisted apps, and end users can follow an app requisition workflow for apps not whitelisted. Very nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zluri is feature rich, which means training and learning time are extended. Additionally, Zluri's online or downloadable user guides are nearly non-existent. Hands-on live training required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offboarding and Onboarding workflows have encapsulated those processes and made them semi or mostly automated. We are now able to, for example, Offboard not only USERS but APPLICATIONS and DATA.

Expenditure and holistic view off tenant when mulptiple apps are connected to populate data.

What do you dislike about the product?
AAD object level(Devices) can be used to automate the onboarding or offboarding process when a new user account created , assigned license and a device is auto assigned from available device list.
