Zluri made me look like a ROCKSTAR!

What do you like best about the product?
I love how the team really made it easy to not only stand up a POC but made it super simle to implement and deploy the software for us. We were able to quickly integrate so many apps on our initial POC and get feedback on usage, within 24 hours we were able to do some necessary cost saving changes
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing I dislike and it's really minimal is early morning meetings. I should learn to wake up earlier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri helped give us an easy to view and track of our SAAS stack. We didn't have a means to properly track payments, renewals and licenses.

Class-Leading Feature Set, Excellent Pre-Sales Team

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri is certainly the class leader when it comes to feature set. They cover territory across all the major SMP categories, including: Security, Automation, Control, and Cost Reduction. I particulary like two key features: (1) Create dynamic, JIT Offboarding workflows, capturing all user apps that Zluri knows about, and (2) the App Repository, where IT can post whitelisted apps, and end users can follow an app requisition workflow for apps not whitelisted. Very nice.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zluri is feature rich, which means training and learning time are extended. Additionally, Zluri's online or downloadable user guides are nearly non-existent. Hands-on live training required.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Offboarding and Onboarding workflows have encapsulated those processes and made them semi or mostly automated. We are now able to, for example, Offboard not only USERS but APPLICATIONS and DATA.

What do you like best about the product?
Expenditure and holistic view off tenant when mulptiple apps are connected to populate data.
Renewal / Due date / Notification / Usage of Licenses and optimisation was impressive
What do you dislike about the product?
AAD object level(Devices) can be used to automate the onboarding or offboarding process when a new user account created , assigned license and a device is auto assigned from available device list.

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri has helped us set up excellent workflows for onboarding, offboarding and software acquisiton and access requests. Their customer support team are extremely attentive and very proactive in ensuring we are continuing to get the most out of the platform. Pricing is also very reasonable
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementing the product is very time consuming and we had difficulties integrating with Netsuite. (Zluri's support team were very attentive in helping us resolve this issue.) Whilst they have a large catalogue of software integrations, there are still quite a few applications in our software portfolio in which there is not an easy straightforward integration with the platform.

Implementing good workflows surrounding software acquisition, employee on and offboarding and general SAAS software management

What do you like best about the product?
I have found the customer support to be insightful and responsive. I don't think we have used the platform enough to see all of the benefits it has, however once we have the information in the correct places I believe that the reports will provide cost and time efficiencies.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if I could go directly to the transaction in Netsuite via the integration.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Software spend reports per vendor, helps to see where we are compared to budget.

What do you like best about the product?
- Support Service has continually been professional. Our Account Representative has always been available to our questions and has many times adjusted their own schedules in order to accommodate our needs.
- Application integration for central management.
- Ability to review costs (ie: actual spend, computed, projected costs)
- License Management (ie: ability to assign, remove, or analyze under used licenses)
- User Management (onboarding and offboarding capabilities)
What do you dislike about the product?
- Multiple sources may provide user data that may not always be accurate.
- Application integration. Some applications have not yet been included in Zuri’s Integration Catalog or directions for integration may not reflect/be up to date with the applications UI which can be confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
- Zluri Support Service has been very profressional with assisting to build our Software Catalog and working with various applications for their respective integration option into Zluri.
