Comprehensive solution for apps management
What do you like best about the product?
Zluri offers a variety of very useful tools for tracking a company's usage of SaaS and other apps, allowing a detailed overview and management of usage patterns and costs. Zluri can automatically recognise numerous apps, and any others can easily be added by hand; the apps can then be assigned to various departments and individual users, the payments can be assigned to the apps for spend and budget tracking, and it is possible to construct on- and off-boarding workflows.
Last but not least, Zluri has the best ratio of price vs features of all the alternatives on the market.

What do you dislike about the product?
The main downside of Zluri is that it offers so many functionalities that it can sometimes be overwhelming and difficult to find the right ones to use. That being said, Zluri's account managers are always available and ready to help and guide through the process.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri was the most beneficial in doscovering and tracking the applications used by different members of the team. Over the years, the employees have become accustomed to using and paying for any apps that might be beneficial to them, which led to a situation where it was impossible to which ones are osed and paid for; Zluri allowed us to take control over that.

What do you like best about the product?
We possess the opportunity to regain control of our licenses, ensuring that we maintain an up-to-date record of our license consumption. This includes the ability to recover licenses in cases where users are not utilizing the products to justify the cost of a license or have departed the company, leading to licenses falling through the cracks. Additionally, this initiative provides visibility into rogue products that may enter our system outside the company policy for new applications.
What do you dislike about the product?
Similar to any well-designed application, the true value lies in the implementation, and the time required to set it up can be quite extensive. While this isn't a negative observation, it's essential to consider when deciding to invest in the solution. However, I cannot fault the dedication of the Zluri team in ensuring that the rollout is of the highest quality. I express gratitude to the team for their commitment to ensuring that you extract the optimal benefits from the solution.

We are currently in an implentation stage and Zluri team has been there with us since day one. I am very hopeful that we will complete implementation soon without any hurdles.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think Zluri can create a lot of more automation that can help customers. Their product is great but I feel Zluri can do more and has not reached it full potential yet.

Zluri's Set Up and Support is Absolutely Stellar!
What do you like best about the product?
The robust features and support are incredible. If any problems or issues arise their team is right on it and actually fix it! They have great communication and know how to get you setup quick and their continued support far exceeds any expectation I had.
What do you dislike about the product?
No dislikes as of yet. We've been using the tool for a few months now and love having so much information at our fingertips. Not to mention being able to organize it. No complaints that I can think of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri is able to discover tools our users may be using as well as track spending and even has onboarding and offboarding workflows. Some of our biggest issues were rouge apps and this helps uncover apps and tools that users might download or login to. This tool also gives great insights into our department spending.

Zluri's ability to centralize all SaaS licenses and related information in one dashboard is a significant advantage. It simplifies the licenses management process by providing a single source of truth for license data, making it easy to access and work with.

Zluri offers advanced data discovery engine features which helps our IT team to easily monitor SaaS usage, which further comes in great help during license allocation. This feature also helped us to reduce SaaS wastage by identifying underutilised licenses.

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri is a great product with a lot of amazing features. It does take time to set up, but the Zluri team walks you through the whole process. A couple of the key features I like are that, with the Zluri app and browser extensions, you can really see the applications running in your environment. Two, the onboarding and offboarding of employees through Workflow is going to save us a lot of time and provide accuracy too.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any issues with Zluri so far, and the team is great. If I had any dislike, it would be why I didn't know about Zluri a year ago. The earlier you get started, the more applications you have connected and the more spending information you have.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri is really helping me manage my SaaS licensing and spending. The bonus feature I found valuable was the ability to onboard and offboard employees, interns, and contractors. This will be a big win for our compliance team.

Manageability of some integrations, such as sync intervals, but in the grand scheme of things, these relatively minor issues do little to overshadow Zluri’s overall effectiveness.

Efficient Onboarding and Offboarding, Time Savings. Streamlined Application Management which includes the automated license management feature, ensuring that we don't overspend on licenses we no longer need.

Zluri really nails the core functionality of SaaS discovery and recording what users have access to applications. To top it off, the team at Zluri is super-responsive and open to suggestions, which is always fantastic for a customer.

Zluri is definitely still in it's infancy. While there's lots of things it does, and many of them it does well, you don't have to look too far to find pain points.
Depending on the size of the SaaS estate at your organisation, it can also be a garguantian task to implement Zluri, especially so if you're moving from a fairly disorganised and unreliable source such as Excel or Google Sheets. Zluri do offer a large number of integrations which greatly help with this, but there will still be a large amount of manual reconciliation of user access required for everything else.
Depending on the size of the SaaS estate at your organisation, it can also be a garguantian task to implement Zluri, especially so if you're moving from a fairly disorganised and unreliable source such as Excel or Google Sheets. Before adopting Zluri, my organisation used a Google Sheet to record JML access to only a portion of the 500+ services accessed by employees during their work day. Zluri greatly simplifies this for us, and allows us to see at a glance an accurate representation of which users actually have access to any given application.
In addition to the above, Zluri also offers really powerful cost-management insights, which provides us with the ability to perform meaningful cost-management on our SaaS estate.
