What do you like best about the product?
Zluri's user interface is intuitive and user-friendly, making it easy for our IT admin to navigate and manage RBAC settings. The platform offers a visually appealing and well-organized dashboard, allowing our team to create, edit, and assign roles easily. The ability to set permissions at a granular level ensures that our employees have the appropriate access required for their respective roles while maintaining the principle of least privilege. Zluri's user-centric design has garnered positive feedback from our team members, facilitating their day-to-day access management tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zluri's user lifecycle management is exceptional, and it's challenging to identify any major issues or dislikes. However, as with any software, there is always room for improvement. Zluri recognizes this and consistently introduces new features and updates to enhance its performance and user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri simplifies the process of granting and revoking access to applications for organizations when employees join or leave. It is crucial to efficiently provide access to applications during onboarding and remove access during offboarding. Zluri's automation tools enable employees to access applications easily through streamlined workflows, allowing them to sign in to new applications with just one click.

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri, with its self-serve model, has provided us with a refreshing approach to user management, allowing our team to take charge of their own user-related tasks. While Zluri's self-serve model has removed the need for manual approval, eliminating the manual ticketing system has saved us time and resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's hard to find any big problems or things we don't like about Zluri's user lifecycle management. But like any software, there's always room for improvement, and Zluri continuously adds new features and updates to make it even better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri uses multiple discovery methods to identify our company's complete SaaS landscape, which helps us eliminate the shadow apps. Moreover, their SaaS library is incredibly vast, with over 225,000 apps available, which helps as further smoothen our employees’ experience.

There are many moving parts within Zluri; without guidance or an onboarding specialist, it might be complicated or overwhelming at first. The support team is there to help!

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri solution is very useful and give a lot of value to our company.
All people I worked with in Zluri are very professional and helpful in promoting and providing solutions (even custom solutions)
What do you dislike about the product?
Implementation time is very long. There are a lot of data to manage and track. Zluri assist a lot with manual ideas and solutions provided but it was very complex.

Zluri provide one platform to see all SaaS application users usage, budget and actual and summerize all info in very easy presentaion layout

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri has got all the features you need in a SaaS Management platform. Starting from employee onboarding automation to usage tracking for saas spend management. Within 1 month of implementation, Zluri was able to report possible cost savings of $25,000+ through SaaS license optimization. Whatfix management was surprised to realise this ROI early in the product implementation stage. Looking forward to the completion of Zluri implementation to help Whatfix operate seamlessly in SaaS Management.

Zluri is fantastic

What do you like best about the product?
I like that Zluri is a platform that combines both SaaS management, as well as onboarding/offboarding workflows. The last product I was using that offered this sunset the application, and I was struggling to find another tool that could offer me both of these items. I found Zluri and it offered everything I needed and more. The platform is very user-friendly, and the setup was not very hard at all. The implementation team did an exceptional job in getting us up and running, specifically the specialist I worked with, Srinivas. Great job Zluri!
What do you dislike about the product?
Since it's a new application, there have been a couple bugs we've had to work through. There's an issue with broken links on the task completions that the engineering team has taken a while to fix. Also Zluri currently doesn't support SAML for Azure AD.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri has solved all of our onboarding and offboarding needs. Previously we were working off Excel spreadsheets to track these workflows. Also we were using manual spreadsheets for Saas management and constantly missing things, and we had a lot of inaccurate data. Zluri has helped organize and manage all of our Saas tools.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like about Zluri is how straightforward and intuitive it is.
I also cannot skip highlighting the kindness and professionalism of the onboarding team.
Srinivas Cs was our onboarding specialist and went above and beyond to ensure we understood the program which is very appreciated.
What do you dislike about the product?
If I were to provide downsides to using Zluri, it would be if you wanted to have people request more licenses or plan upgrades.
It seems that Zluri is working on this as I was taught about App Requisition which is in beta but could be very helpful when it is all done.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri is helping me know the number of users on a specific program and how much is spent on that program.
