The best SMP for managing software assets.
What do you like best about the product?
Zluri is efficient in managing all software assets. It provides an intuitive dashboard with all the details of the software. It also maintains the ownership and responsibilities assigned to employees for maintaining the software resources. For such asset management capabilities, it lets organizations utilize their software to its true potential without wasting resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zluri maintains an excellent relationship culture with the customers. Whenever we felt any doubt related to the product's potential, they guided us on how to optimize our resources and efficiently focused more on others to increase the exciting ROI, and their feedback helped us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are an IT industry with over 1000 employees. We have 1000s of apps operating within our organizations. It was hectic to manage all the assets previously with inefficient SAM tool. Then we shifted to zluri, a SaaS management platform with software manager capabilities that has automated our asset management process, saved us time and resources, and increased our ROI.

A nice SaaS management tool with lots of potential
What do you like best about the product?
The sheer amount of compatible apps to connect. It has the most extended list of apps I've seen in my reviews, as well as all the varied sources of information (browser extension, connectors, etc.) are also very interesting.
What do you dislike about the product?
The configuration is not as intuitive as we would have liked. The good news is that they constantly update the tool, which may be improved sooner rather than later.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri is constantly increasing functionality and connectors, which means that it will probably gain better traction in the coming months to make it an important player in the ecosystem.

What do you like best about the product?
There are so many integrations which help with keeping up with the various applications. The ease of use to navigate between monitoring spend and compliance is great.
What do you dislike about the product?
It can be a little slow to update after changes are made, but overall not much else to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monitoring SaaS spend and compliance is key, and Zluri is amazing at both.

Zluri is extremely customizable. As long as an API exists. Zluri can integrate with it easily

Some of the processes took longer than desired. Transaction mapping in particular was a bit rough. And some integrations didn't have enough info published

We needed to automate our onboard/offboarding as well as collect per-user spend data. takes a while to set up but Zluri is great for that.

It has many integrations. Feels like the data is pretty accurate. Onboarding team is on top of everything and very helpful. Very nice and warm customer supprort.

Some apps are a little hard to integrate. Other than that, everything looks good.

As a fast-growing scaleup, SaaS management suddenly takes up much of your time. You might not even realize that you could be spending a lot of money innecesarily

The best SMP tool with customized workflows for provisioning tools to employees
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Zluri is the onboarding & offboarding automation capabilities. It provides customized workflows for assigning new apps to users. These workflows can be used as playbooks for later usage efficiently. It also helped us revoke users' licenses when they left the company. It provides a seamless automated experience in the provisioning of employees.

There is nothing to dislike, all things are working fine
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri helps in the efficient provisioning and de-provisioning of employees for organizations. Giving access to applications during onboarding and revoking access from employees while offboarding is very necessary that can be efficiently done by this SMP. Zluri automation tools provide access to applications to an employee using workflows that can help the employees sign in to new applications with a single click.
For example, it enabled us to assign G Suite, Slack, Trello, Grammarly, and ProWritingAid to new joiners with a single click while providing customized workflows. Zluri's automated workflow revokes application access, terminates licenses and renewals, and deregisters every resource usage when an employee leaves the organization.

Zluri - Great Spend Management Tools!
What do you like best about the product?
We moved from manual bookkeeping of our company SaaS spending to Zluri. Definitely a decent spend management tool is needed to manage more than 100+ SaaS applications!
What do you dislike about the product?
Alot of the features what we would love to have is still in development/going to be roll out soon, however, the team is quick in providing a workaround to our requests.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our internal Spend Management, billing and charge back to the BUs. It has been challenging to keep track of each license assigned to each BU/Users, with Zluri we can track it easily.

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri helped us with different aspects of automation, such as renewal management, onboarding/offboarding automation, and SaaS app discovery. It eliminates the IT Sprawl and removes shadow IT from the organizations. One of the best features of Zluri is workflow automation which helps provision employees efficiently without any hassle.
I like its API integration offering that helps you connect with more than 770 systems and increase daily. We are able to integrate our custom systems into Zluri in less than 36 hours.

Zluri is a fast-paced software that is updated and adds new features from time to time, so there is little to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri solved our Shadow IT problem and saved a lot of resources. It also helped us in asset management and monitoring our SaaS environment. Zluri's integrations enabled us to connect with your existing cloud environments and with different essential technologies that benefit us. Zluri's automated renewal management sent us alerts efficiently, and we discarded a few licenses in time unless it would have cost us unnecessary resources without using that software anymore.
