An efficient SaaS management platform for organizations with automation workflows & custom APIs
What do you like best about the product?
The best feature of Zluri is to identify all the redundant apps and eliminate shadow IT from the organizations. It saved many resources from waste. Other features I like about Zluri are the excellent customer support team, efficient license and renewal management, onboarding automation, and proper deprovisioning of employees during offboarding.
What do you dislike about the product?
I did not find any cons in Zluri till now. So far, everything is working fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The software has multiple methods to discover all the apps from the organizations. It has more than 225k SaaS apps in its library and is capable of finding all the apps. It connects with various tools to get information from many systems, such as financial management systems, SSOs, etc. It uses desktop agents and browser extensions not to miss any apps in your organization. Its automated discovery engines helped our organizations save many resources and increase efficiency.

How easy it is to connect applications. The catalog has most of the engineering apps one needs.

No issues have shown just yet. Its fine

Zlrui is at a reasonable price and does a good job
What do you like best about the product?
Very good UI design and lots of integration with different SaaS provider.
A continuous effort is put in to the development with other SaaS provider that are not currently integrated.

What do you dislike about the product?
we have encountered slow response on some page and some buggy output that required refreshing the page, bulk editing features are not friendly, at setting up, manual efforts are required a lot of the times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
A simple site to oversee the utilization of all SaaS we purchased.
Good and simple report to show to management in terms of SaaS spending.

The user activity within those SaaS applications cannot be reflected in the security tab.

The spending on SaaS applications and what applications users are actively using.

What do you like best about the product?
Zluri's support team is awesome. From the POC stage to the production stage, their team is always responsive and doing their best to help answer our questions, resolve our issues, and provide guidance and best practices throughout the process.
What do you dislike about the product?
Same as any evolving SaaS products, it is inevitable that we would see some bugs and issues and certain processes are work in progress or need improvement. But whenever we met such issues, Zluri team is always very supportive and provides timely feedback and followup plans on these issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Zluri helped provide visibility in shadow IT, overall and detailed analysis on costing of different SaaS products that we are using, insights on users and the apps they use, and SaaS management workflows as well. These information can support the management team in making cost saving plans and strategic decision on SaaS solutions, and also streamline the workplace technology BAUs that could improve the operational efficieny.

What do you dislike about the product?
- No cons at the moment, but can improve with overall support, since our teams are worldwide. 24/7 support team would be a great value add for the customers
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping us keep track of our softwares, since we use over 100 tools, it's important we understand how much the usage of these tools are and if there isn't much traction we can use that save money or help better implement for the tools to be better used
Good SaaS Management Tool
What do you like best about the product?
Since the pandemic the use of different software, especially SaaS to effectively manage work has drastically increased. However, understanding the full use of these tools post-sale has been difficult to keep track of. Zluri has been a perfect solution to this problem. We are now able to manage our entire tech stack on one dashboard and make changes as needed to reduce our spend and ensure the tools are being effectively used across the board as intended. The new features being rolled out from time to time along with great service is the perfect combination making Zluri a winner
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing significant at this point, but I have seen bugs in the platform that Zluri are fast to resolve. A permanent fix to this would make the platform even better
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Tracking our SaaS efficiency and ensuring implementation efficiently and if we see there is a lack of usage it helps us understand if more training is needed to implement or reduce the users or count as applicable helping with leakage of dollars

What do you dislike about the product?
Since the product is at a nascent stage, there are a couple of bugs here & there. We are finding it hard to integrate our finance tool to fetch spend data.
