What do you like best about the product?
I like tracking of hours,assigning different statuses and who is to going to work on certain tasks and also tag two different people is really great feature. Due dates and the notification feature is great. The application as a whole is amazing.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I am not greatful about at the moment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using Monday as a project management tool and its helping us to see how people spent their time working on a certain tasks. Tracking of hours and is really helpful and also helps us to catch up with deadlines. Status feature helps us to see if people are stuck or making progress.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would recoment Monday to any type of an organisation who wants to work very efficiently on their projects and manage their time. It is very helpful and can be used as an amazing tool.

What do you like best about the product?
The Support teams at Monday.com respond back to you at all times of the day, from 2 pm to 2 am, even on Sundays. They will make custom videos specifically for you to help with your issues. They work as a team to help figure out any issues you may have or solutions you may need. They also listen to our suggestions and have implemented several of them . The majority of companies big or small could learn a lot from Monday.com about customer service/support.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly do not have a dislike yet. So far, every time I run into an issue their support team is able to help me find the answer or solution.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The company I work for is a start-up and we all work remotely. Monday.com has been a tremendous asset in allowing us to work remotely. We use it for everything from tracking time, To Do list, SOPs, as a filing cabinet, etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Above everything else, the support team! They are always available to help. Any time I have an issue I am trying to resolve, I shoot them an email and they are quick to respond with clarifying questions or immediate recommendations. It is amazing the quality of care they are able to provide even to smaller clients like my company.

Concerning the product itself, there are a ton of built in features that are intuitive and simple to use, and they seem to be constantly making it better!
What do you dislike about the product?
The inability to create formulas across items. I like the overall set up and workflow of Monday, but some features like what you can do with formulas is limiting compared to something like google sheets.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Team work flow. Project Management and tracking. Communication around specific projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday is definitely worth giving a shot to see if it can work for your team! And don't be afraid to reach out to their support team for help. They will respond promptly and try to help you!

Sometimes I get too many notifications for things I don't need to know and not enough for important things.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and a flexible tool that shows multiple views of boards such as kanban, gantt chart, timeline and calendar views.
What do you dislike about the product?
Depending how you set it up and use it across a company really impacts the overall ease of use. The more boards you have, the messier it can get to find what you're looking for.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We're definitely finding that Monday.com helps us streamline communication, offer visibility across different campaigns, and track tasks as we complete things for various projects.

What do you like best about the product?
I like how I can carry out the follow-ups of my tasks with a much more elegant interface than other project managers, also the assignment of tasks, objectives, completion of projects among others is much more superb than on other platforms
What do you dislike about the product?
There are different functions that do not exist, such as indicators or task tracking, prices are high unlike other project managers

With Monday you can have different templates to keep track of both personal daily tasks and projects with large teams, also the creation of tasks, their assignment and their description among others becomes very intuitive thanks to its interface

Effective product in Project Management with a lot customization

What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Monday.com is to customize everything you need and allocate those to your hand-picked team members. It's extremely easy to use and provides a lot of add-ins such as sending email notices, auto-collect email responses and attachment files etc.
Saves you a lot of time on reading thru emails and sending out requests.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish they could provide a system that summarizes report at end of the day instead of shooting out thousands of emails each day. another function that would be great is to add subtasks for big projects with additional dependencies.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Saved a lot of time for project management and communication. Keeping track of process and also making sure that every member is on the same page.

What do you like best about the product?
I really like monday.com, technical support is always available for any eventuality. It is very easy to use and helps me to have a complete control of my tasks. I am fascinated is online and I can access from anywhere with an Internet connection. If I talk about the interface, it is the closest to perfection, I can distinguish between my tasks and those that I have already carried out. It has certainly been very good for me to have this project management tool.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to emphasize that there is nothing wrong with the program, I don't dislike it and I think I have been able to work with monday.com at a great level. It has been very effective and productive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
monday.com is very efficient for the environment of the company and especially for my department because we make available all the functionalities that it contains to have an optimal control of the tasks to be carried out. It is perfect, it alerts us when they are completed and stored in an orderly manner. It is really very functional to carry out a strategic plan to monitor and track tasks, we found it excellent to implement monday.com to keep track of all our projects, we have been very efficient and more than we can access from anywhere.

monday.com is a key element of success, characterized by complying with regular communication channels, it is suitable for any person or organization that needs to manage tasks, data, plan projects and work as a team. Best Project Management Application

What do you like best about the product?
monday.com is so far the best application that I have ever come across and that has been used by my team. It is loaded with features which makes project handling and communication super easy and on top of it the flexibility it provides, that I have never seen in any other applications. You have the options of team boards, shareable board and private boards, which you can pick and choose as per your requirement. Personally I loved the shareable and private board, where I decide who can do what and whom I just need to provide the view access.

It has incredible features of creating multiple groups on a single board, e.g. we have development team / quality and business analyst teams divided into different groups where tasks has been assigned to individual team members and they provide updates on the regular basis.

Boards can be setup with different views, with different columns, with desired nomenclature, color combination and date range.

It has smart search enabled with the options of quick links, recent and saved searches, it also provides you the option of user based search on a board itself and then you can add other matrix as well if you are doing a board search.

You can do updates via comments, file sharing, it logs each and every activity performed via a user and it send push notifications to all the devices where this application is enabled along with email notification. You also gets to know if the other person has seen the comment, you have the option of sending gifs as well.

Since our team has started using monday.com, the email communication has been reduced 40-60 % as most of the updates are already shared with each and every team member.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is actually nothing to mention in this section, but yes additional feature on making groups more private would be a plus, Price could be an issue to individual contractors and small business groups, but my take is that it is affordable.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Project management for the scrum teams, creating different groups for development, quality and business teams.
Regular updates been received from team members, if something is been delayed, discussion happens for the same and the task gets adjusted to the deliverable time line. Team updates on their tasks using color codes, updates section and data attachments and also highlight risks in time because the every task has been mapped with a timeline of start and end date.

Any discussions required are happened under Q&A section, so team keeps track and get confirmation for smallest of their doubts and activities get tracked with every single click and notifications been made and confirmed that the required party has got the update or query which keeps the team on their feet and there has been almost no occurrences of miscommunication.

Email communications has been reduced 40-60 % and team is spending more time on the activities rather than getting into conference calls.

Setting up new boards every 3 weeks is very easy using the duplicate board option, no trouble of rework, work can be imported to excel. You can add / delete / archive a board similarly you can add users as owners or share the board with other stakeholders as a view only option.

Overall, project management has been never so easy.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It is one of the best application available for use to manage a project, we have only been using for an agile project model. But I can guarantee with the wide features it offers, it can be used with any sort of project or team management. Use the trial version it offers and see it for your self.
