Outstanding Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to assign tasks and track progress simply from once area. The templates are also a huge time saver!
What do you dislike about the product?
The mobile app does not have the same functionality as the full site which is very disappointing when you have remote employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a team of remote workers, we often didn't know what each person was doing. With the help of Monday task assignment function, we have a greater understanding.

Ease of use for Project Management Level
What do you like best about the product?
1. Project Planning and Scheduling made easy with this tool.
2. Task Tracking and Efficient reporting are very flexible.

I have used this tool and did not found any negative comments.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
1. This tool allows us to organize lists of tasks into Kanban-style boards.
2. You will get to know the status of a project and estimated completion at any given time for real-time reporting.

It is free up to for five users and at least try once.
Simple and straightforward design
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how easy it is to create pulses and manage projects across your team. It's like Jira Service Desk but better in every way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is not anything I have yet to dislike.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Avoiding Google sheets for project management and keeping track of project statuses.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to track sales process and set item due dates

No plans for only 1 user. Have to subscribe to pro level for main key features

Keep track of new leads and follow existing leads/projects as they progress through the various stages
Mondays are better with Monday
What do you like best about the product?
This is very easy to use and to tailor to whatever you need to keep track of. There's a color assortment to differentiate between different task and groups and it's all summed up in groups for easy viewing. There are also templates that make starting up easy and then you can adjust them to better suit your own needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thing i would suggest is the ability to see all of your upcoming projects in a month view.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Connecting the dots but with other departments and just over all visibility of workload. It's made it easier to get what I need to do done with out relying on emails for communication.

If you are looking for a software to help you with product management, task management and any other management task you have, you'll appreciate the ease of use of Monday.
The perfect software for organization and project management
What do you like best about the product?
It has been an excellent tool for our company since using this tool we managed to organize better for the projects, having better time management, in turn the interface is extremely easy to manage and work, and has really good visual templates and Very effective for different projects. It also allows you to categorize tasks and distinguish them visually more easily, ideal for when you take a quick look at the screen.
What do you dislike about the product?
I consider that this platform has no defect problems, this state is very satisfied with its use, and it has helped us to optimize our times and be better in delivery times with customers. In addition to having an excellent community that is willing to help the newest on the platform and make them use it optimally. I consider it an excellent service. Although a disadvantage is that mass data cleaning cannot be done and cannot be automatically linked, this must be taken into account as well as improved drag and drop.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the company we usually have many organizational problems making the implementation of a list all the projects that we carry and in other lists each project is better detailed separately. This has worked exceptionally well for many of our teams such as sales and marketing, but not as well for more operational teams. It has worked perfectly with our staff that works remotely, because they become a perfect tool with lots of features, such as time and calendar tracking.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You must be patient for the processing of large volumes of data, this process may take some time. I also recommend creating subtasks to main tasks, it greatly optimizes the use of the software. It is recommended to apply optimal and agile methodologies capable of modeling and designing effective business processes. Finally I faithfully recommend this software, it is very good and paying it is a great investment.

It's so easy to use-- very small learning curve.
Any questions that you have get answered very quickly and customer service is always incredibly helpful. They typically answer within 10 minutes

I wish there was a free option.
Cross-board automations would be really helpful.
I wish it were easier to bulk add things to a board (i.e. from Excel)
I wish that the time tracking would give me a sum and/or average for the column so that I can see how long a certain person has been working or how long a specific type of task takes

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use primarily to manage workflow for interns and junior level staff. This has made it 1,000% easier to see where everyone is at in their work and when they will free up and has allowed us to use our resources more effectively. We also use it for time tracking to see how long certain tasks or projects are taking, which allows us to make sure we aren't spinning our wheels on unnecessary things.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very easy to use and implement, but the team is still working on improving things, so you'll often see some changes (for the better) that can throw people off if they aren't flexible and able to adapt quickly to changes.

I like the overall look of the site. I like the color coordination they use.

I think if someone jumps into it who doesn’t know what they’re doing it can be confusing.

Project management. We use it to track the process of different projects.

What do you like best about the product?
The overall look of the website. The color coordination.

I think the amount of freedom the site gives you to design it how you want makes it hard for people who don’t know what they’re doing and results in making it hard to use for everyone else without the proper training.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Communication issues as well as tracking project and progress of different projects.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Make sure whoever the primary implementor is knows what they’re doing and doesn’t make it harder than it needs to be.
Monday.com is the web page par excellence for online project management.
What do you like best about the product?
With Monday.com you can keep a fully automated time log. The platform includes comfortable kanban worktops, so it's easy to keep up with everything that happens in each project. Monday.com manages the SEO of our website, and offers work models that we can customize based on our requirements. We like to keep track of the versions of each document that we add to our management.
What do you dislike about the product?
Monday.com does not serve to manage ticket sales processes (in the case of projects that require it), since it does not have point of sale tools, impressions, barcode readings and tickets, and in general it lacks Reservation management, either online, on site, or by mobile platform. Nor does it manage discounts or concessions, much less credit cards and promotions. It also does not help to create and edit electronic signatures, and to keep audit records.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Since we decided to opt for Monday.com our follow-ups of the group work have improved by 100%. Now they are much more detailed and systematic than before. With Monday.com we have been able to better define our goals, tasks, and work in general.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
We recommend it for its excellent capacity. With this great platform you can get a much more professional workflow than with any other. It also handles large amounts of projects, since the page supports databases, and allows each project to be stored in separate work fields. It is excellent for scheduling meetings, either internally or legislatively.
