Flexible software with speedy feature addition

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com, despite its awkward name, is a flexible task management system with the makings of a full blown project management software. The speed at which features are added is sometimes dizzying but all the features add value to the product and ease of use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Definitely the name. It's awkward in conversations to mention Monday.com all the time, and if you drop off the .com it becomes even more confusing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cross team communications have improved, task tracking is easier across distributed members.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Try it out. The flexibility of the layouts means the software works with your mindset, not forcing you into a specific way of thinking.

Great for project management

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com is an effective way to keep track of multiple projects and tasks. I love the ability to tag teammates and collaborate with all messages, notes, and files in one place. Monday is similar to Trello which we've used in the past, but offers a slightly more advanced UI and feature set.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some abilities to cross-reference pulses in boards is difficult, but there isn't much I can say I dislike. Keeping organization steady when you start adding multiple project boards is a must, but that's inherent with any management app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com lets me and my colleagues assign tasks and manage project timelines much better than any other solution we've tested. The UI is very user-friendly. Monday also releases integrations and updated views that make visualizing projects much more accurate and easy to follow. Love the gantt chart view to see an overall view of where tasks overlap and where deadlines sit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Monday is a great platform for project management, after looking into other alternatives, Monday was the best for our needs. Assess the full functionality and determine if you need the level of detail in your project management app as this.

What do you like best about the product?
I like Monday because it's super easy to use, has a UI that's easy on the eyes, and has many options for customization. That said, the best part is that their customer service is quick and thorough in their response, so thorough that they actually build and implement feature suggestions super-fast, which may be a testament to how well their own product works for their team.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing could be better for small teams, but if you're actually working it pays for itself ten times over. Because the Monday.com team is constantly following up, asking for improvement suggestions, and actually implementing them, it's hard to get frazzled about missing features as they will only be missing temporarily. I have literally seen Monday turn a feature improvement into a feature within a month or so, very mpressive!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I run almost every facet of my consultancy (discluding accounting) almost exclusively through Monday.com. I also track online content, music projects, personal tasks, and travel coordination. Monday.com will add loads of productivity through direct use of the product, but one of the biggest benefits for me has been the elimination of redundant or overlapping tools and systems. This is a huge time-saver of course, but it's an even bigger stress-saver and has vastly reduced the number of tasks that end up hanging past their deadline or getting lost completely.

Take advantage of webinars/videos early on, they're well made and comprehensive

What do you like best about the product?
I'm a big fan of intuitive applications. Monday.com gave me the tools to organize and archive information without having to spend hours on support calls or wading through user manuals.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't had any issue to date. The few times I needed to ask for help, the response time was quick and on target.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Monday.com has been very useful in keeping track of multiple projects and creating a workflow calendar. The ability to add needed categories or topics and color code them has produced a better connection to the many details that need to be tracked for successful completion of a project.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I shopped around for a project management tool that was easy to use and would make me want to stay with it. Monday.com was the best choice I could have made.

What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that they are always updating & adding new features to the platform. Also, the overall platform makes project management so fun & easy especially with the color system. It makes projects like a game. It also really cool that I can search and tag everything as I like to see where most of my time is going.

Nothing's more satisfying than seeing all GREEN!
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly, nothing. I like every part of this platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I was so tired of starting projects & losing track on where I was or completing things half way. I'm now able to clearly track the progress of all ongoing projects. In addition, it allows me to refer back to what I have already done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
You really have to implement this if your current process for managing projects is broken. Once your whole team is using it no need to follow up to check the status on a project, add new projects, or new task within a project. Everything is done within MONDAY.com. This saves a whole lot of time.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy and user-friendly platform, Monday is perfect for teams that work cross department and multiple third parties. The functionality of making and sharing a form from your board is really impressive and makes my life so easier! Thank you so much, Monday team!
What do you dislike about the product?
It's really hard to say I dislike anything about this platform. So far I didn't find something that'd made me fell frustrated. The platform is just perfect, simply amazing! I couldn't even catch a bug in the system so far! If I could say I dislike something I could say I get anxious when the system goes to maintenance.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Scrum for cross department teams is very hard to accomplishing in a fluid and productive way. Monday gave us this ability, becoming a fundamental platform in our company. I don't believe how fast it makes our workflow and how efficiently we can reach and even beat our goals.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Very strong and robust system. I recommend for those who need fast and reliable management.

What do you like best about the product?
Monday.com has been a great way for us to keep a dashboard of everything that is going on and break certain things down into manageable pieces as necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
There could definitely be more options/controls for columns. I rarely want all of my columns to be present in every pulse group. Basically, an option for columns to be independent of pulse groups when necessary.
More automation to create daily pulses and such without leveraging a third-party service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As an IT team, we have a lot of multi-stage responsibilities that teeter between a complex task and a project. It has been a happy medium balancing our needs for task visibility and project management.
Being able to export a beautiful Excel spreadsheet to stakeholders has been a win, also.

I love how you can easily keep track of a lot of projects and where you left off.

When boards are shared there is a tendency that not all parties update their boards. It is inevitable though.
